We came here to find out about the possibility of opening an international card for Russians. The girl very politely and intelligibly told about the timing, opportunity and prospects.. It's not cheap, but the dollar and the euro are both possible.. and swift in both directions! and everything works the most important thing..

On December 14, I stood in line for more than an hour for the simplest operation. This is simply not acceptable. As the staff explained, the department focuses on working with legal entities, and for individuals there is one employee, to whom there were 10 people before me. Therefore, I give the lowest possible rating. I hope the review will help the department to rectify the situation.
