They don't know how to communicate, they just sit there stupidly.
In order to exchange currency, you need to wait for customers to be served from open cash registers. Waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. You spend a lot of time waiting for a simple operation. In this case, it is worth leaving one of their two working cash registers for simple operations. And the priority should not be in two cash desks at the same time for customers coming from open cash desks.
The queue system is ridiculous. You take a ticket, there are 3 people in the queue, but this does not mean that you will have to sit in a queue for 3 people, because the bank came up with the idea that legal entities and VIP clients pass without a queue. I am writing a review after instead of 3 people who passed in 10 minutes, I sat for an hour passing 7 people in front of me with long operations. I highly do not recommend a bank if you value your time, there are banks nearby without such inadequate systems.
