In 2022, my daughter-in-law, a citizen of the Russian Federation, issued a debit card, when opening it, the conditions were announced verbally, without providing a contract.The conditions are 300 Belarusian rubles at a time when opening the card, the card term is 3 years.
By the end of the first year, she wanted to close the card, but since she could not come to Bobruisk, she asked me to go to the Bank branch and clarify the conditions, I went and they assured me that yes, this is a one-time write-off and there will be no more write-offs.But when the year ended, the same amount was written off again.I went to the department again, where they told me that a mistake had occurred and everything would be fixed.But a few days later they called and said that the card was issued just at the time when there was an annual service charge in the conditions.Is that how it is? It is difficult to find any information on the site, and after all, you trust employees, professionals.
I do not want to say that they were deliberately deceived, but there is an unprofessionalism and an indifferent attitude towards customers (smiles and good service do not count, this cannot be taken away).
Of course, we will not be impoverished, although the amount is not so small and, of course, it was a shame to lose it, but the sediment remained very unpleasant, so I advise everyone to be very careful.
By the way, my sister-in-law also asked questions on the website, in the support chat, and there they also wrote to her that the write-off for maintenance is a one-time, once for three years.
