I tried to withdraw the 500 rubles I was supposed to use the Mir Tinkoff Bank card. I inserted the card into the ATM and received an authorization error. I wrote in support of my bank, they replied that I could not withdraw cash due to incorrect ATM settings.
Despite the work schedule indicated on the bank's website until 20.00, the doors were closed at the beginning of the eighth hour. The ATM is installed in the vestibule, but there was no access to it either. The ATM, which in principle should work around the clock, is locked with a key - everything is for the client!
Few branches work from 9 a.m., but it works. However, only 1 specialist works, and the rest come to 10. There are two cash desks open in the morning, so there are no queues with payments. It's a pretty small waiting area. Get ready to stand in line for an economist in the morning.
The service is excellent, but there is a constant queue.

A small branch of a large bank with a huge range of attractive offers for the public. The staff is holding up. Well done. An electronic queue and ATMs help visitors. The branch is available until 20.00, then access to ATMs is closed.
I didn't like the department and the service. Some specialists behave as unfriendly and unprofessional as possible. There was a residue after visiting this place.
Previously, ATMs with bill acceptors were permanently disabled for several years in a row, now access to ATMs has been closed at night (it used to be open). There are often long queues at the ticket offices. All these years I have been using the card only because of the availability of ATMs in places convenient for me in the city, and I would have stopped so long ago.
I asked the cashier to pay for the ERIP service, the cashier refused in an impolite manner. Informing: "we have a commercial bank, not a state one!"...

The Bank's service is lame. (either the app is not working, or there is no money in the ATM.
