There were 2 times before the restrictions of COVID, competent and friendly staff, VERY good and varied breakfasts. The hotel is without children, and this is a huge plus. 2 buildings. We were in a new one. Regular rooms. Everything works. The sea view is gorgeous. The dinners are very decent, the chef is on site and in the hall every day. The wine list is not bad.

A good, good-quality hotel for a relaxing holiday for middle-aged and elderly people. 4. The whole area around the hotel is for a relaxing holiday, the place is not a party place. At the end of September, elderly and very elderly Englishmen had a rest. The pool is not large, in the courtyard, slightly shaded. There is no entertainment for children. The rooms are not large, all with balconies, floor-to-ceiling Windows, starting from the 3rd floor the view from the windows is beautiful, on the green part of the city and the sea in the distance. Clean up cleanly, towels are changed as needed. We had breakfasts and dinners. The food is wonderful for 5+, a lot, delicious and very diverse: for dinner, meat in several types, poultry, fish, fresh and stewed vegetables, potatoes of 2-3 types, poella, lots of fruits, excellent desserts, ice cream and pastries. Breakfast is good, European, plus fruits, desserts, drinks. If not "all inclusive", then there are no drinks for dinner. The location is good, in a quiet place (the road is nearby, but the Windows overlook quiet streets without transport, low-rise buildings and a park), 5-7 minutes to the beach, the road is without lifts. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the bus stop and small shops. Large supermarkets are 20 minutes away on foot or one bus stop. The staff is friendly. They asked to change the room, they did it without any problems. They don't speak Russian. Only a guide from the tour operator. Animation in the afternoon and evening, music, games, dancing, all in English. It is necessary to take into account the following: there are rooms in which the balcony adjoins the outdoor staircase leading to the pool. People actually walk on the balcony. And one woman grumbled that she could hear the ventilation working from the kitchen. Of the cons: they gave a room with beds on wheels (!?), any movement was accompanied by chattering and rumbling. The next day we were asked to change the room and were given a room with normal beds. They asked to change the clothes dryer, as it was broken.

I was in this hotel in August 303 rooms and in October 801.I like the hotel, the staff is very friendly, and I'm not talking about the kitchen at all, it's just great.They cook very tasty, for every taste.There is a swimming pool, though not very large, but a 10-minute walk to a gorgeous beach.There is a golf park nearby.It is not far from the city bus stop.If the interior of the room is not important to you, and if it does not bother you that you will have to climb one floor on foot to the 8th floor, then everything else is wonderful.All rooms have balconies and dryers, which is not a little important.And the view from the balconies is gorgeous.If I go to Mallorca again, I will choose the same hotel.
