The hidden pearl of the Robin 😍 wow! The interior is super stylish, cozy, beautiful, high ceilings. The range is interesting and everything looks great, you can immediately see that he is a professional baker and pastry chef. We tried croissants with salmon pesto and guacamole - very tasty. I also liked the coconut lime dessert. We took the bread home for a sample. I want to go back for coffee and a new dessert. Water is provided for dogs. The girls are friendly and they work. On the downside, I got a half-washed fork.

The best place in Minsk❤❤ croissants, puffs, author's desserts, fresh bread, chic coffee (raf salted caramel - in a heart), delicious and unusual seasonal drinks. My top: croissant No.0, croissant with salmon, ricotta-kiwi puff and an infinitely gorgeous dessert tartlet cherry-chocolate-tonka beans❤❤❤❤❤❤ bread with dried tomatoes is generally a separate kind of pleasure) the guys in the cafe bakery are very tasty, cool, friendly, will tell you which dessert is right your taste preferences. The place is very cozy, the pastries are incredibly delicious, just like at home, I came to Minsk on business and spent 4.5 hours with pleasure in this bakery. The interior is beautiful. It would be nice to pour tea into cups with handles (and into large cups), since it takes a lot of time to drink one kettle. And while you wait for the drink to cool down, the brew begins to taste bitter, so that the tea becomes tasteless. It seemed a strange suggestion from the barista to add more boiling water when the tea was over. Should I use the same tea leaves twice? It's not very good.
By the way, coffee is served in mugs, similar to flower pots😀
The lemon cupcake I took with me is beyond praise. Soft, tender, lots of zest. I highly recommend it

Objectively, the best bakery in Malinovka has been for several years. The coffee is decent, I always stop by when I'm near this place and take fresh bread home with me. My top is with onions and wholegrain. Desserts are always fresh, pleasant to look at and taste. It's not a shame to take it with you for a gift or treat. The staff is fast, polite, unobtrusive

I'll start with the disadvantages, because there is one of them: I came in the evening - everything is eaten. There is no bread, the cakes are almost all eaten too. Because there were no yesterday's cakes here. So if you want to try everything, come early. My favorite is coconut lime. And the Bet Brest is awesome, but there are 999+ calories, so you have to be hungry to eat it. The place is included in my personal must visit list for all guests of Minsk, so far there have been no dissatisfied ones)

It's an interesting place, but it has its nuances: among the advantages are delicious pastries, interesting toppings in croissants, and fast service.
Cons: it took a very long time to clean our table, as a result, we had to put the mugs and napkins on the bar ourselves (fortunately, the table itself was without crumbs, etc.). At the same time, the girls at the counter were distracted by the incoming animals, clutching them (we don't know if the hands were treated after that, I want to believe that yes).
We took 2 cappuccino, a filter and buckwheat tea. Unfortunately, the filter tasted completely empty, without the characteristic sourness of the grain used (Kenya). I would like to believe that this is an isolated case.
Overall, the place is not bad, especially at the metro station.Malinovka (compared to other establishments here)

I just finished the chocolate-cherry-tonka and lemon tartlet and realized that I couldn't keep silent))) Perfectly calibrated textures, balance of flavors, subtle play, high-quality ingredients. Sonorous lemon, meringue of perfect consistency. Bright cherries and rich chocolate are better than Mo pastry (there is a lot of fat and sugar compared to the first year and the balance of flavors is lost) and on par with Moulin. You definitely need to try all the desserts and pastries!

A nice cafe-bakery with several tables.
Croissants with generous filling (I recommend with salmon), focaccia is amazing, delicious lemonade! The pastries are all fresh and beautiful.
The coffee is good!
It feels like a popular place - while we were there, several people took rather big orders.
And separately, I'm sorry, I'll say about the toilet - it's rare to find such a clean, fresh and very tidy room)

Unlike regular coffee shops, nothing spoiled or stale was noticed here (about pastries and desserts), as well as the coffee itself does not disappoint. A very pleasant place to sit on the terrace in the summer, a great atmosphere, one of the best places I've been.

A wonderful place! I go there quite often, since I live in the same house. A large selection of original desserts, bread rolls, a lot of space to sit in the evening with coffee or work/ study (each table has an outlet or USB port). I recommend it to everyone!

A nice calm and quiet place. Delicious bread and desserts. Not sour coffee, and a good selection of tea. The situation is not flashy. There is a place for songs, which indicates their attention to detail. The tables are clean, as is the whole room, and the bathroom too.
