The staff behaves rudely, there is no administrator, the terminals for receiving coupons are turned off at 14.00 (perhaps an isolated case, but I doubt it) you can't ask employees anything, they just ignore it, the boss supports this behavior, and he behaves the same way. The service is terrible, if there is no ticket, they will not serve. If a number is called and no one comes up, they sit and wait for 15 minutes (working hours are running, the queue is standing) they will not serve the next one, I repeat, they will not serve without a coupon. С точки зрения обывателя - ОООЧЕНЬ не удобное место для ГАИ, могли бы и что-то придумать поудобнее, но… на осмотре организовано всё на отлично, всё подскажут, всё покажут и всё проверят. Очереди большие но движется всё довольно шустро. В самом ГАИ электронная очередь, поэтому давки нет. Если заранее всё подготовить и оплатить через ЕРИП то всё оформление не займёт много времени.

В принципе всё нормально. Третий этаж , работают лифты Все процессы регулируются электронной очередью. Есть большой зал ожидания с посадочными местами и кофейными аппаратами. Сотрудники банка грамотно помогают решать все финансовые вопросы данной специфики. Есть представительство страховой компании. Есть туалет для посетителей. На улице платная и бесплатная парковки.
Все чётко и без лишней суеты. Сотрудники принимающие документы и осмотр машин делают работу очень быстро и уверенно. Начальник Мрэо, Евгений Игоревич вообще чёткий офицер, помог с консультацией и в связи с тем что мы не заметили свою электронную очередь, и опоздали, видя что мы с маленьким ребёнком взял на себя оформление хотя и был занят, ему отдельно спасибо.

Оформлял куплю-продажу авто для вывоза в РФ с получением транзитных номеров. Организация работы отдела оставляет желать лучшего. Большие очереди, нет электронной очереди, что не удобно. В России взял талон, там время указано и идешь в кафе, по магазинам и т.д. К указанному времени подходишь к окошку и вуалая - все быстро происходит, без толпы и давки. Возникли проблемы с расчетом, так как не работал банковский терминал (пришлось бегать в соседний супермаркет и снимать наличку с карты). Сдал документы, платежки в окно в 10 часов 30 минут и.... "приходите после 12 в окно номер 22. Полтора часа гуляем. Приходим к 12 и попадаем снова в очередь в окно 22. Минут через 40 получаю номера и техпаспорт на авто. В итоге с 07:30 до 13:30 заняла процедура. За подготовку документов, оформление и номера транзитные заплатил 3500 российских рублей. Что, по сравнению с РФ, считаю дороговато.

Огромные очереди. Документы взяли с третьей попытки. В банках тоже очереди большие. Надеюсь, что когда-нибудь сделают стол справок. Из-за отсутствия точной информации мы неправильно сделали оплату и пришлось ехать в налоговую писать заявление на возврат. Может быть кому-то поможет моя информация из личного опыта: для купли-продажи нужно подать: 2 заявления (на покупку от покупателя и продажу от продавца); 3 договора купли-продажи; 2 оплаты за компьютерные услуги (на имя продавца и покупателя), оплата за регистрацию авто с б.у или новыми номерами на имя покупателя; 2 паспорта и техпаспорт. Бланк заявления я распечатала с сайта заранее (точный образец на окошке висит, где принимают документы). Бланки заявления на покупку и продажу одинаковы, снизу данные автомобиля, сверху на одном бланке данные покупателя, на другом - продавца. Есть платная услуга заполнения заявлений и договора в отдельных окошках.
Благо, что есть электронная очередь, которая расположена в соседнем зале, где можно присесть.
Быстро и удобно. Электронная очередь. Без суеты. Надеюсь это всегда так, а не я удачно так попал) снимали с учёта копейку 1973. Очень позитивные и доброжелательные сотрудники попалис.
