Being inside, you can get in again, because there are two queues, at the checkout and a 4, 5, 6 window. My advice. Pay for all services through EPIP Internet banking, and get in line immediately at 4.5 and 6 windows (registration and de-registration). And when signing documents, check your details / surnames, addresses. Personally, I was incorrectly filled out (from my passport!!) and as a result, they were redone. There is a toilet, Parking sucks, everything is occupied by 120%, insurers are present nearby and even a technical inspection. Comfort... They don't seem to know such a word here.
They work quickly, polite staff, they will always tell you. There are usually a lot of people on Tuesdays and Saturdays in the morning. If time permits, it is better to come and re-register after lunch on Wednesday or Thursday.
