We visited this MREO on 14.10.2024 in connection with the sale of cars. I was immediately surprised by the employee at the examination, who for some reason decided that he was the boss there. Even without knowing the laws, he strongly recommends that everyone read them. During the "inspection" of the car, the Vin number did not even deign to look, he said look for yourself. He was sitting flipping through something on his phone, stalling until the end of work. But he ran in when another car owner brought him a "bag", immediately examined everything quickly and let him go. It would not hurt to check this employee for compliance with his position and some other things. Inside the building, everything is gloomy, as in all state institutions. The work of the employees here is ambiguous. Thanks to the employee from the 6th window (time about 14:00-14:20), who, seeing that the queue was waiting, took the documents from us, explained everything. But the employee from the 5th window apparently does not know how to talk to people. He started yelling that his working day was over, even though the time was 14:56 and talking to you. I understand everything at the end of the working day, but you can calmly explain it in a human way. In general, he has no place among people. This department is very short of cameras that record the work of employees and inspections, especially in relation to an employee at an auto examination.
Mixed impressions. It is far away, you need to drive decently along a dirt road. There is no information desk. Renovation of Soviet times. The service was surprisingly fast. I got a new driver's license in 20 minutes to replace the old one. Which I was delighted with. They work fast, people are constantly coming up.
The staff of the car inspection does not know what to do, does not know where the number of the internal combustion engine is located, they send people to the service station and suddenly I took it from the Internet, although they use it themselves, but it is not always true that I went there 2 times today to spend time at home 2 months fighting 2 days at home
It's not safe, it's loud. There are not as many people as in another institution. I think there are fewer people on a weekday. The air conditioner cannot cope with such a temperature and even so many people. The guys are trying to work hard. The procedure for registration and issue of numbers took 2-2.5 hours. The problems were where the details were not expected in the database for banks.
If by appointment, it is fast and very convenient! I changed the documents, the whole process took 25-30 minutes. By pre-signing up 2 months in advance.
Everything is civil, clean. Sometimes, of course, they are impertinent, you can blame it on fatigue and workload, but guys, this is your job. And in general, the work is well established, compared with 2018-2019.
A very good attitude towards people. Many people are unhappy with the slow service at the bank, but we need to say thank you that it is right here, but it could have been different.
