I changed my name. I sat in the electronic queue for an hour from 12.20 to 13.20. I took my new rights at 16.10 in five minutes. One of the two windows was working. The flow of people is large, 25-30 people are constantly in the room, mostly "newly minted". In general, it is tolerable, but two windows on the whole Gomel are probably not enough. I am glad that I am now eligible for twenty years! ...at least some joy!))
