You have to run either to the bank or to the information kiosk, which is very inconvenient.There is always a large crowd of people. It took me 2 hours to register a moped, and on a weekday evening.
The service for citizens is not bad, but the disadvantage is that they give a receipt for payment and, if there is no SMS banking, you need to go to the bank for payment, it would be nice to put an information kiosk inside)))and also to change the entrance doors because they are outdated, repeat, etc.
