The lobby is decorated with images of dogs, in classic colors.
The poodle was trimmed neatly. The dog is happy after the haircut.

03/31.23 a cat was brought for a haircut. Groomer Elena is a professional in her field, the receptionist is polite. But, from this moment, the questions begin. We were not allowed to look at our animal, the door was carefully closed. Supposedly it bothers the animals. The camera in the lobby was not working.At the time, we were not accepted, we were detained for 15 minutes. No one apologized. Imagine my surprise when the hostess came out with the dog. That is, she can. Another price???I'm sitting in the hall, my cat and another dog are getting a haircut. Calm enough.It took about 30 minutes of our procedure (the time limit is 1 hour) There was talk of washing at the end, but we decided to see how she would behave. Then the door opens from the street, Hulda flies in with her husband and two sloppy dogs. He yells at the whole salon (doesn't that scare the animals?). Another groomer comes out to pick up her dogs, i.e. our cat and 3 dogs are inside. The latter begin to run away. Our cat is screaming. After 5 minutes, my screaming animal is brought out to me. There was no combing, especially no washing. Groomer Elena wiped her on the weight with a wet cloth. I commented on the washing, she told me that she could come back and wash it. Are you serious???? Do you position yourself as a Boutique???!!! The village hall on the Logoi tract 22a!!! It is advisable for other breeders to ask themselves why there is such a cluster of animals in a cramped room. The owners are strongly sent for a walk. They didn't give me the check. The services do not match the stated ones. The price is too high.
