Please note how many people write about the service, I can't say anything about the cook, but what a dissatisfied and seemingly offended girl works there. We are all human beings, and we may not be in the mood. But the girl does not greet, does not warn that the card payment does not temporarily work. When the doner is ready, she just opens the window and probably waits for people to look at her, stands with her arm outstretched and a bag.
The shawarma itself is mediocre, soldiers and schoolchildren love it, but I think because of the lack of choice)
The price tag is above average, the chicken is dry, the cucumbers are spiced like from a barrel, yes, they are delicious, but not for shawarma

The horror is terrible! Previously, they often took shawarma in this place because it was delicious, but now the shawarma is disgusting. There's no sauce, almost no meat, just cabbage. Twice the meat stank and tasted strange, when they asked the cashier girl to sort out this situation, she almost entered into an argument that "This can't be happening!" The staff changed and it became sooooo bad! We couldn't order shawarma today because the girl was just sitting and taking pictures, she didn't open the window, although she saw us. They gave me a number to contact the "management", but there is a feeling that this is just a friend, not a supervisor, because they answered everything I said, "Okay, let's have a conversation." It's a pity that we slipped. I don't understand why the rating is so high, because this particular point doesn't even deserve 3 points!!!

I used to have a favorite shawarma, but now I won't go in or some kind of poisoning or something else, my friend recently got a cigarette in a shawarma. In 90% of cases, there are no boxes and half of the products. Shawarma is very mediocre, fatty, chicken looks more like boiled, almost always softened pita bread, which is not possible to eat neatly without getting dirty (it is easier to put it on a plate and use it this way).

Don't even buy or order anything there at all!!! I bought there several times , poisoning several times !!! Complete unsanitary conditions, bulls and garbage are lying around this "cafe" (all photos are available), and the stink is the STINK FROM FRYING, it goes all over the neighborhood, the sellers are rude and untidy, they go to smoke and continue to other places right in uniform, what is the management looking at is unclear??? And go on to complain to the sanitary station and further, on Monday I made remarks to the seller or cook (I do not know) in a dirty form about the cigarette butt thrown out, right on the floor near the cafe, I was told in a rude form this is not our territory!!

A rude inattentive cashier, a high price tag for disgusting dishes. I've given this place a chance several times, but it's probably not about changing even: 2/3 of the shawarma was falling apart just in my hands (a crack along), the quality of the ingredients is very questionable: sour vegetables and very tired meat, over-dried pita bread and sour sauces are generally a separate kind of art.
They confused orders several times and ignored the request not to add sauce, and were rude in response to comments.
I'm curious, do the workers themselves try what they give to people?

We took shawarma with my sister - one classic and one Hawaiian.
The classic turned out to be the top: the sauce is very tasty, the filling is delicious, crispy, but not dry pita bread.
But the Hawaiian one went wrong - there was not enough pineapple, just a couple of pieces.
Therefore, we will still go for the classical one, but we probably won't experiment with the Hawaiian one anymore))

Probably the best shawarma in Minsk that I've tried. The staff is super. It's always nice to have a few words. The shawarma is awesome. Incredibly delicious. I really like teriyaki and the grill.
