We ordered delivery with the current promotion for 45 minutes or a kebab for free, the order arrived in an hour and a half. They refused to give the promo code on a far-fetched pretext. At the same time, they always said that the courier was already at the entrance, as a result, he stood outside in the rain for about 40 minutes. In the end, they generally stated that government employees are not entitled to discounts: this is the company's policy.

The service is disgusting. INATTENTIVE STAFF. A point at the railway station ! I made an order by phone in advance today. My husband arrived and took the order. I brought it home, It turned out not to be our order. They said on the phone that due to this situation, our order is on the house. The courier will deliver it soon. As a result, the courier drove to us for an hour and a half!!! And as it turned out, he came, but couldn't get through to us. Because the receipt did not contain my phone number, two digits were mixed up!!! And as a result, the courier went back. As a result, a cold shawarma, a spoiled mood, and no one returned the money! The courier was told by phone that the order had been delivered and no one would return any money. Just ugh! For your attitude!

The choice of this place is a compromise every time, the shawarma is average, nothing special, the service is excellent (they didn't send a fuck, and thanks for that). From the previous one: I ordered by phone with a card payment, but on the spot it turned out that the courier left with the terminal, fortunately I did not have to go to an ATM because there was cash. Prices are rising like mushrooms after the rain. I would not recommend this place for connoisseurs of conventional biofuels.
