We used to rest at 5*, this is our first experience at 4*. The staff is very helpful and diligent! Bar (all drinks are good rum, tequila, whiskey, beer, wine, martini), reception (Russian-speaking staff, always ready to help and answer all your questions), cleaning (daily), dining room well done!!! The size of the bathroom was a bit annoying (very small), but then we adjusted)) the food is varied, everything is delicious, everything is to the point, there is no excessive food, but mostly fish, soy, chicken, but this is understandable meat in Turkey is sooo expensive! There are a lot of shops near the hotel, and on Thursdays there is a real oriental bazaar. We went to the beach, and we liked it better there. We ate on the last day at the hotel restaurant (Crystal)on the beach, the service and food are excellent, plus a 15% discount for hotel guests and a free cocktail! Animation every day!a great, warm hotel for its price!

The restaurant was always clean, dirty dishes disappeared very quickly)
The staff is polite, and it's clear that the chefs are trying their best)
The only disadvantage is that the restaurant is located indoors, and there is no veranda to dine and drink coffee outdoors)
- the rooms are not large, but cozy, but the bathroom is very small, the toilet is practically squeezed between the shower and the sink
I would like to have bathrobes and slippers, but these are Turkish 4 stars))
- the big minus is poor sound insulation

The staff is polite, everyone is ready to help with any questions. There is a safe in the room, although it is not necessary, they left money for tea on the bedside table, they lay there for 3 days, no one took them away) The food is as always in Turkey, there is plenty of food and everything is delicious, fish was served 2 times a week, a lot of cakes and fruits, local alcohol is also always available. The animation is every day, and varied, one day there was belly dancing, one day live music, one day a foam party, the rest is just discos, after the animation ends there is a free bus to the club and karaoke. The only disadvantage of this hotel is the beach. The description states that the hotel has its own territory, in fact it turned out that it rents it from another hotel, there are 20 sun beds on the beach for the entire hotel, which accounts for 1 umbrella. The sun beds are positioned so that there is always shade after lunch, the rest of the beach is occupied by paid beds.The locals don't allow you to rearrange the sun beds, they just don't allow you to put a towel on the floor either, the locals drive people everywhere on the beach, they say you can't bring food and drinks with you, even fruits.
