A very beautiful hotel. Good branded cosmetics. Beautiful bed linen. They clean it every day. It's all good. Except for the noise from the nightclub across the street..every night until 3-5 in the morning, you can dance right in the room.
Not all rooms are as gorgeous as in the photo. 108 room with a view of the courtyard is disgusting because huge turbines of the kitchen or something else are humming under the windows. This rumble is audible! Although they claim that the windows are impenetrable), they refused to change the room categorically. Turks are generally so-so to requests. Before that, I stayed in a room on a higher floor with French beams but also a view of Istiklal, it was beautiful, but the noise from the street itself will not suit everyone either. Generally. If you sleep soundly and well, then rooms on istiklalt are definitely better. Five stars for them and the chic cosmetics of a niche Istanbul brand, now I'm a fan of them) I bought everything), there is a duty free on departure and a store in the new port area, we also have in Rive GAUCHE, but there is less choice.
A hotel in the center of Istanbul, what else do you need. I walked out of it and immediately found myself in a crowd. I liked the room, and after that I bought Atelier shower gel (it was given at the hotel). My friends had a very small room, because it turned out to be smoky, and the room next door (my friend and her husband lived in it from our company) was behind an ordinary interior door with a gap of 3-4 centimeters under it. It's like you're not alone in your room) as it is, everything is normal.the main thing is not to overestimate expectations.
Good afternoon, before booking a room here, think 100 times
Now we live in room 302, the creepy disco is screaming so ((( that I found time to write a review at 3 a.m. … I don't understand why you should book a room that you can't bear to live in! Earplugs won't help you ... just a spoiled vacation, it's a pity not to post the video here
About the theft of things, after reading the reviews earlier, we carried everything with us …
In general, a hotel for deaf and dumb people is suitable, then you are here (( Otherwise, a night without sleep , you are guaranteed
The view from the window leaves much to be desired!
A magical hotel, you live like in a museum! Every corner is a work of art 🤍 pleasant staff, and most importantly the city center, but you don't seem to meet people in it) I highly recommend it
A great authentic hotel in the heart of a pedestrian street. A great breakfast with the opportunity to contemplate the morning Istanbul. Friendly staff
A great authentic hotel in an old building right in the city center

We arrived in the evening, a messenger met us at the car on the road, 50 meters from the hotel. Istiklal is a pedestrian street, so there is no way to drive directly to the hotel, but everything is quite close.
We were checked in immediately, although they gave us a room with separate beds, asked for a king size - we were offered a replacement, but right at the reception. The hotel is small, the walls are thin, so we did not like the neighborhood with a crowded place and we asked to upgrade our Deluxe with a view of Istiklal Street, but also with a view. We were given a "Junior Suite with a view of Istiklal". It is, of course, large, beautiful and with an amazing alcove sofa, which offers a picturesque view of the main pedestrian tourist street of Istanbul. We paid $110 extra for 4 nights and it was worth it.. We thought. But they regretted it on the first night. The room was very cold, literally freezing, the air conditioner could not cope with the territory and worked somehow every other time. Every time the neighbors from above flushed the toilet, ours also made sounds, and leaked if you pressed the buttons with special enthusiasm. The towels are very shabby - they should be replaced.. But the tiniest thing is the night noise from the street. Of course, I read reviews about noise, but no one, absolutely no one wrote that it was music! It's playing at full volume until 4 a.m., as if it's in the room. I was ready to listen to the lulling noise of pedestrians and trams, but not music. Two pairs of earplugs were carefully placed in the room, but they did not save me. A cold and sleepless night forced us to return to the Deluxe category with a view of a quiet street and Galatasaray Lyceum. It was warm, with good plumbing and quiet. And the money was returned to us! Considering that we did not come to Istanbul to sit in a room, this was the best option.
In general, the hotel is very beautiful, authentic, you live like a museum. On the first evening, we went to a restaurant for dinner, it seemed expensive to us (the menu will be in the photo). But the dishes are delicious, the portions are large.
Breakfast is served in the same restaurant on the 4th floor. Meager Turkish: omelette, boiled eggs, sausage (one piece each), delicious cheese. Salads, some local pickles and a bunch of other inedible things for a European guest. There are yoghurts with granola, but they should be placed in refrigerators, otherwise by 10:30 they turned into something unsafe.. baking, one kind of dessert. There was a delicious Turkish meat pie, but I had to ask him to warm it up. From fruits: persimmon, melon, pineapple. Water with lemon. You can eat it, but you can't enjoy it.
On my husband's birthday, a pancake cake with a candle was brought for breakfast, we did not ask for it and it was very pleasant! Attention to detail is priceless.
In conclusion. Mr Cas is an instagrammed hotel with a good location. There are a million different shops, exchangers, pharmacies nearby. I would rather recommend it than not. It is necessary to update the plumbing, towels, put toothbrushes and other personal hygiene products at once, hang bathrobes in all rooms, and not only in the Junior Suite categories.
Well, breakfast dishes that are better stored in the cold should be put in the refrigerator, and those that should be warm (according to the type of pie) should be kept warm. And everything will be great! Thank you Mr. Cas for our stay!
I did not like the fact that despite the high cost of living, there is a clear saving on small things. There is a coffee maker in the room, but a capsule costs 2 euros. For comparison, in a hotel on the next street at a price 2 times less, coffee capsules are free. 3 days have passed, and the shampoo and shower gel have never been replenished. The cleaning is strange. In my opinion, only the bed is made and towels are laid out evenly. The bed was not changed for the third day. The garbage on the floor was also left untouched for the third day. Breakfast is so-so: only cold snacks. If you want an omelet, or porridge, or something hot, pay an additional 3-4 euros. And be prepared that you can only sleep with earplugs, the street is very noisy. In general, the only advantage is the beautiful interior .
Terrible hotel. He does not respond to emails and does not respond in any way. We wanted to book- completely ignore it. Unprofessional!I do not advise anyone
Great hotel. You need to take only one moment - this is an old house with high ceilings, the stucco is already there - it breathes a little, the parquet in the corridor may creak. The rest is all new, of course, finishing in the bathrooms and so on. The walls are a little shabby, the pillows are uncomfortable for sleeping. That's all - the rest is super. We were given an improved room, although we were paid for economy. Our windows should have been inside the hotel almost, but were on the street, and not on its noisy side. Everything worked, everything was comfortable, clean. We had breakfast included, we liked the food. The staff is beyond praise. Both the waiter at the restaurant and the guys at the reception are super, very polite, pleasant, unobtrusive.
Of course, a super-disposition. Istiklal Street in Istanbul, especially in the evening, is just some kind of theater. A CROWD OF PEOPLE EVERY EVENING. This is not an exaggeration, but the true truth. And on Friday evening, it's just some kind of madness: it seems like the whole city is here. And how nice it is to make your way through the crowd and dive into your porch.
The hotel has a nice veranda with a small section of the Bosphorus.
Quite unusual breakfasts: a lot of pastries and sweets, an omelette and many, many snacks - mostly pickled. But it's original.
The rooms themselves are small in size, but with ceilings under 4 meters.
The beds are lovely. The bathrooms are modern. So it deserves attention
A hotel where employees steal things from guests!!! But having robbed the blogger Rada , the Russians were faced with the fact that they had a case . Be careful with this hotel
