For those who are indifferent to comfort)
A huge plus is the location in the center. Since we moved to this house on the water, we have not used public transport at all, everywhere on foot, a little on bicycles. Another plus is the deck, you can sit with a view of the city, drink wine with Dutch delicacies in the evening. The service is simple, friendly. There is a large selection of products for breakfast, if you cook anything yourself, fry scrambled eggs, pour coffee from a thermos.
The atmosphere of the hostel, but everyone in the cabin has separate toilets and showers. This is a real ship, with portholes, proximity to water and mosquitoes because of this, one room had the smell of sewage, the rest did not.
We spent one night in a two-room cabin. Its obvious advantage is a shower in every room, you can't hear the rest of the neighbors, a separate entrance.
In general, it's atmospheric, but be prepared that this is an old boat, at least a place, a shower over the toilet. It cost us the same as a 4-star hotel opposite the stadium, a 15-minute drive from the center. Location decides everything.
Very atmospheric, convenient location
But you pay for it with "compartment" type rooms in our Soviet wagons with a lack of sound insulation and size. At the same time, I would note that the room has both a shower and a toilet, if necessary, you can turn on the stove and adjust it the way you need.
The breakfasts are good
