I will not lower the score for the work of the entire hospital, but there are questions for the emergency room, if you get there not by ambulance, but on your own, the reception is much slower, no one is in a hurry, even if I am sitting there at night and one of the visitors in need of help is not in a special hurry, maybe the diagnosis is not suitable,or maybe I'm not dying yet, I can't say about the entire staff, but mostly wait for the doctor, there's a whole cat-strophe, there's always a thousand excuses what the doctor is doing, but he doesn't take 4 hours and probably he's not the only one in the whole hospital.
Conveniently located across the street, everything is fine. Recently I had to visit with my grandson, broke my finger,the whole staff was polite, we were quickly accepted, took a picture, bandaged, the doctor gave recommendations, we were satisfied, thank you all

The hospital is more or less adequate, the staff is 50/50. There is friendly, there is not. They work promptly in the emergency room. Doctors are not bad, as far as service is concerned, then there is a clean 4 out of 10. There is only one traumatologist, to whom there are very long queues! You can come to the reception at 8, sit until 16 and not get to the reception. Therefore, it is better to register in advance.
ENT department headed by V.N. Puhalsky is in terrible condition. Clean, but no organization! The attitude on the part of the manager is boorish and neglectful! As a doctor, nothing. It is not clear why such people should be kept in the workplace. The head doctor did not respond to my complaint in any way, referring to his age.
Puhalsky was treated for sinusitis for a week, it turned out that the jaw was rotting. Without my consent and a picture, he made a "puncture", dragged out a week with a CT scan, after phoning the radiologist (with me and the nurses) and promising to do "past the cash register", complaining about low wages. As a result, after the CT results, I had to urgently go to Gomel and be treated there.
As a result, my time was lost, my health deteriorated and the place I occupied in the department (there was nowhere to place many patients, there were no free places).

Older people will not respond to the Vm due to their age and upbringing, but the younger generation will.

But the district doctor, with the support of small artillery in the form of a nurse, begins to squeeze you back into "his" clinic and it does not matter that you live at the place of service of the clinic. The contract concluded for a year with the clinic ends as soon as the issue of the appeal is closed.
