I rented a chicco baby stroller, specially suitable for transportation in a masolet. During the registration of the pre-mountain, the stroller was not properly examined (it was his own fault). I started using the stroller only abroad. The stroller turned out to be in poor condition: it folded badly-it was falling apart, all stained and scuffed. It was terrible to use it. Upon the return of the stroller, the landlord showed me that I had torn the pads on the handles and demanded payment for repairs. The pads were not torn, but worn out, like the whole stroller in general.
Payment is in cash only, referring to the "technical problems" of the terminal. I do not recommend this rental, only bad impressions.
We rented a chicco baby cot. Faced with the fact that the landlord, when extending the lease, sends a new contract after payment and does not say that it changes its terms. Initially, it was stipulated that the delivery, as well as the return, would be free. In my case, at the expiration of the next rental period, they simply faced the fact that starting tomorrow there will be a penalty fee if you do not deliver the crib to the rental point today. Attempts to find a compromise, to agree on a paid refund, to meet somewhere in the city were refused and sent that everything was specified in the contract. Also, one of the reasons was that only at the rental point you can inspect, and not on the street in the city or at the entrance, because "this is a product for babies, what do you want to watch it on the street???". There was no clear answer to the reasonable question that processing should be done after past tenants, so there is no difference where to inspect. There have never been such problems with any rental before.
I wanted to take a certain stroller, when I called, I was told to pay attention to another one, as more convenient. Upon arrival, I was convinced that this was the case. They took the offered one and were satisfied with it. Thank you for working with the client.
