After 40 minutes, the cleaner comes out and says he won't wash me because that's it, the work time is up. Although the site says 24/7

I don't recommend it, I called and asked how long it would take to get there. They said 45 minutes, arrived and only found out on the spot that there was no record and the car was in the box. Wait, why not tell me by phone that they are not recording?
