Nice hotel! We made an early check-in for an additional fee when the hotel is fully loaded. Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, all the sights. Excellent breakfast and excellent restaurant at the hotel, everything is very tasty, good alcohol for a good price tag. For hookah lovers, we recommend a street bar at the hotel, there are excellent hookahs there. The outdoor pool is very cold, it's hot outside, and the pool is icy) there is an excellent gym. The staff is also wonderful. In the hotel, just do not change the money for a very small rate. Do not be afraid to change people on the street, the normal exchange rate is 130 per ruble.
An excellent comfortable hotel in the very center of Samarkand within walking distance from the main attractions. Clean rooms with good sound insulation and very comfortable beds, cool outdoor pool (did not use the indoor one). The only thing you can cling to is they give you only 2 bottles of water a day, on top of that it is already paid, which is quite petty for a hotel of this level
A wonderful hotel!
The chic interior, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and order everywhere. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is quite modest in terms of the choice of dishes, but you will not stay hungry.
Special thanks to the administrator Alexandra for early check-in and late check-out.
Staying at this hotel left a very pleasant impression, I recommend it.
The lobby is cool, the veranda is cool, the conference rooms are not bad. The rooms are clean, medium in size, but very austere, minimalistic. I didn't have enough atmospheric paintings or other accessories for comfort. And so everything is in the rooms. The main advantage of the hotel is a very cool location relative to the center, the old town, Registan, the main attractions, and in general the area is excellent.
The first 5-star chain hotel in Samarkand
The hotel offers a wide range of services: outdoor/indoor pool/SPA area/gym
Park
Excellent varied breakfast
Comfortable rooms with good noise insulation
Bar/Restaurant
Nice hotel! Everything is at the highest level. There are 2 swimming pools - outdoor and indoor, there is a cozy garden with a bar - in the evenings it is cool there. The breakfasts are excellent, the dishes are made with high quality, there is plenty of everything, the coffee is delicious. The room is clean, the mattresses are comfortable, everything works.
Right now we are celebrating the New Year in this hotel, our table is located next to the exit to the street through which the staff regularly walks. So, through these doors, icy air from the street blows through everyone at our table. We asked the hotel manager four times to put up a screen or close the doors so that there would be no icy wind on the guests. All our requests were ignored.
They didn't apologize to us, they didn't try to do anything, but they gave us blankets that didn't save us from the draft in any way.
A recommendation to the management of a 5* hotel is that if you have a 5* and you are part of the brand, you must think through such things, you must provide comfort for the guest, walk the guest's path from the hotel entrance to the shower or the table in the banquet hall.
I liked the hotel. Within walking distance from the attractions. The rooms are spacious, the mattresses are comfortable, and the window can overlook a noisy street. The breakfasts are excellent, there is everything: porridge, cottage cheese, several second courses, fruits, snacks, red fish, natural coffee. The spa is normal, the outdoor pool is large, with sun beds, shower and towels. Everything is clean and well maintained. If it rains, umbrellas are provided. The contingent is mainly Europeans, Chinese, Vietnamese and Russians. Disadvantages: the doors to the bathroom open inward, it is inconvenient. Well, the price bites....
Great hotel! The room, however, is small and the windows are small (for this, a minus star). The breakfasts are good in the spacious hall, the staff is friendly, there is a swimming pool, fitness and sauna. We really enjoyed our vacation here!
A cool hotel.
The interior is exquisite, with attention to detail.
A great selection of delicious dishes on the buffet for breakfast. We had dinner at the restaurant according to the menu - it was also good, but we waited a long time.
We visited the pool and the sauna inside - well, we didn't swim outside. A little loud, but nice, clean. The sauna is large, the pool is small.
There is even a nail file in the individual accessories in the room.
The location is excellent, in the city center, a beautiful park is laid out in front of the hotel.
We stayed at the hotel from December 18-21, 2024. We really liked it. We cleaned and changed towels every day. The staff is very helpful. The food is very tasty and varied. The location is just great, 20-30 minutes walk to all the attractions. I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart.
The hotel is one of the best in Samarkand, with excellent technical equipment in the rooms, but unfortunately very dirty windows blocked the view of the beautiful outdoor pool.
And a good breakfast is held in a very closed (lecture room) that is not separate for this, although having a huge territory it would be more beautiful and more correct to do it (it seems to me) on the adjacent outdoor veranda?!!!
A decent hotel, within walking distance of the main attractions. Friendly staff. But! there is no room service, low-quality double-glazed windows, cold air blows, one restaurant is also a breakfast place, one bar. In general, I recommend it.
Mixed impressions
The rooms are excellent, the check-in is also OK, a cool outdoor pool, a good spa with only a hammam, sauna and another pool.
But the hotel feels, to those who are in the subject, a low level of management, some kind of abandonment in the processes, this is especially clearly seen at dinner:
- waiters are not trained, confuse orders, do not know basic things when serving dishes
- the kitchen gave us food for more than an hour, it was not particularly critical for us, but the poor Frenchman with three children, to put it mildly, had already begun to swear, as the children had already begun to cry
- the taste of all the dishes brought was disgusting, we regretted that we did not go to a restaurant in the city itself
- the choice of alcohol is minimal, although it is wide on the menu, the waiter honestly said nothing has changed for a month. For those who do not know, the lobby bar in the hotel brings in large and profitable revenue, but again, the management is lost somewhere
- we thought at least the breakfast would be normal, but it's not that bad, but there is scarcity, cherries and other fruits are already on the market, but the hotel has only apples in the assortment, a bread basket with toast bread (although there is no toaster) and crumbs from the finished bread, which no one brought during breakfast
In general, if food is not important, then feel free to stay, the pool and normal rooms compensate for everything.
And the hotel, please do not write to me in response: like we will work with the staff, I would first deal with the managers, and then I just worked with the employees
A good hotel, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are good. The staff is friendly. They help with any questions.
The hotel is very well located relative to the places of the tour.
Great hotel. The room is standard, like all 5*, I really liked the quality of individual hygiene items. In craft paper and of high quality. The location is top-notch! For all attractions, it takes 10-15 minutes on foot. A well-lit boulevard in front of the hotel. The hotel has a small swimming pool with a hammam and sauna. I didn't order anything at the restaurant. I can't comment on the cuisine.
The hotel is online, but there are comments.
Rooms are normal, breakfast is normal. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance.
BUT:
The pool is outside, it has not been cleaned for a long time, there is dirt and a slimy bottom at the bottom....
You can't call the bar staff at the pool, you have to walk yourself ... it doesn't really correspond to the level of 5 stars.
We were in the off-season, New Year, cozy, responsive, pleasant staff. A slightly unusual breakfast, but everyone will find a dish to their liking. The rooms are neat, there were no problems. Anyone who wants to celebrate the New Year in Samarkand - explore the possibility of New Year's Eve in restaurants - you will be a little surprised by the local traditions (most establishments before 23.00) as well as the bar/ restaurant in the hotel.
I recommend the hotel. Cozy and clean, there is a swimming pool outside and inside, there is a gym, sauna and hammam. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The hotel is customer-oriented.
The hotel is located in a very good location within walking distance of historical sites, the central streets of Samarkand, it's nice to walk. The hotel is clean, very calm, even a peaceful atmosphere 👍 Breakfast, tables are not crowded, but everything you need is there. The rooms are clean. The staff is pleasant.
Good luck!
In my opinion, everything is fine - both the facade and what's inside.. a huge bed, the cleanest linen with a creak, an iron, scales...A complete set of everything you need and even more. A TV with Russian-language channels is freely available, a hammam, a swimming pool, a fountain in the courtyard... It is impossible to list everything. Come here!
A very nice hotel. It's clean and beautiful. The hall is huge. The staff is very friendly. The spa is not bad. After a day of excursions, it's great to relax in the spa. Take a shower in the hammam sauna and swim in the pool.
The rooms are great. Nice bed linen. It's clean everywhere.
And about breakfasts, a separate respect. It is very diverse. In short, I recommend it.
I do not recommend it, the staff's communication with the guest is terrible, I booked through booking and for some reason they insisted on making an advance payment at the counter and in bad taste. I asked to call the manager, but the manager, for unknown reasons, preferred to talk to me on the phone. There are no napkins in the bathroom, a toothbrush glass, and toilet paper has been used in the bathroom. Upon entering the room, I noticed that someone was sitting on the bed. The room was renovated a long time ago. I still insisted that the manager come over, but there are no apologies or changes. The hotel does not match the status of a five-star hotel and the price. Breakfast also does not correspond to the level of a 5-star hotel. According to all available sensations, the hotel corresponds to 3 stars, with such an attitude towards guests, the available service, rooms and breakfasts
I spent 7 days there, as the training was held at the same hotel. Very friendly staff, beautiful large lobby and conference room. About the food: the breakfast is good, though not big. The first few days we had lunch and dinner, but the food turned out to be greasy. I was on the 7th floor, overlooking the mountains. On the ground floor there was a gym (where no one was except me), as well as a small swimming pool with sauna and hammam
I advise you!
A large hotel with good service.
Excellent breakfasts, friendly staff speaking all major languages, clean modern rooms and an excellent small gym with a couple of pools, sauna and hammam. In general, a great place to stay.
We flew with friends to Samarkand. We checked in, we were pleasantly surprised by the appearance and design of the hall. The rooms are very pleasant, the furniture is new.
Then we went to dinner at the hotel restaurant and the most interesting thing began.
I've been waiting for my soup and tar tar for an hour! A whole hour of waiting, while all the other friends at the table were served salads, hotter.
Dear management, please work with the chefs.
Firstly, it is not normal when food is taken out to the whole table, and one guest is sitting with an empty plate.
Secondly, even if you have a steam in the kitchen and a long wait and it is difficult to cook soup, please warn about this.
A wonderful chain hotel of the ALL network, the service is at a very good level. Fresh renovation and beautiful design. The hotel has a very beautiful SPA area. The breakfasts are varied. The hotel has a good location for urban tourism.
I will be happy to come here again.
I must say right away that we did not stay at the hotel. We went to wait out the heat and have a couple of cocktails in the lobby.
First we went to the Continental opposite, but there was no bar or a normal restaurant, so we went to this hotel.
We explained the situation to the manager, they did not refuse us and we settled down in the bar.
The lobby of the hotel is wonderful, spacious, clean, cool and very beautiful.
The guests are mostly Europeans.
There were only 4 cocktails in the cocktail list (Margarita, Gin & Tonic, Bloody Mary and martini with vodka or genie to choose from), all at a price of 75,000 soums, a fruit plate of 95,000.
We took several Gin & Tonics, they are very pleasant.
I lower the rating for a strange final score: we were counted separately tonic and gin, thus increasing the price of cocktails by exactly 2 times. With a fruit plate, by some accident, there was also an overestimation of 1.5 times. At the same time, we were shown the receipt only after we called the manager. As a result, instead of 1.2 million, we paid 500 thousand, in accordance with the prices on the menu.
After this incident, I admit, the desire to return to this hotel disappeared, although it is probably the best in the city at the moment.
To sum up: the hotel is beautiful, the bar is high-quality, but keep an eye on the bills you pay.
A good hotel at the 5-star level, as it should be. There are two swimming pools, a hammam and a sauna. However, the sauna was under renovation when I was there. But overall I am very happy. The staff is very helpful and polite.
Not bad, not bad. Stylish ground floor. The room was cold in terms of design perception, well, a matter of aesthetics, of course. On the upper floor, there was little cold water pressure in the shower, it was difficult to wash. In the basement there is a Spa area, well, about nothing at all!! The water in the pool is a little cloudy and sticky - the questions correspond.
A very large, beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms, meager breakfast (buffet), parking, convenient location in the park area. The city center. Accessible transport interchanges. There are many attractions nearby.
A great hotel with its rich flavor! The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is responsive and always at their workplace. The hotel area is clean and well maintained. I recommend you to stay.
The hotel is located in the very center of the city, a couple of minutes from Registan Square and Guremir, it's beautiful to walk there at night. Mostly Europeans live there, there are few Russians. The service is super. The rooms are quite nice. I liked the cuisine, the local Uzbek wine is very good....
The hotel is new, clean, good breakfasts. The shower partition has not been thought out, water flows to the entire bathroom and low customer orientation, they ordered tea in an open bar at the restaurant, brought tea bags and a dirty cup, high "cork fees" for baklava brought with them.
A very beautiful, comfortable hotel with excellent breakfasts. Convenient location. One waiter spoiled the impression by refusing to speak Russian. Switched to English
Everything was decent! I liked the hotel both for its location and for what it provides..) a good spa center, excellent breakfasts, everything is clean and comfortable. Goodwill throughout Uzbekistan.
Overall, everything is very good. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The service is pleasant and unobtrusive.
The only negative. I forgot the item in the room and for some time I have not been able to arrange with them to send it.
A nice modern hotel, next to the boulevard, where you can take a walk.
The staff is polite. Delicious breakfasts! Excellent Internet connection. The room has everything you need!
Minus- the room was not cleaned very well.
The hotel matches the WOW review!
Accommodation, the room itself, breakfast, services, the hotel building - everything is on top!
If Samarkand, then Movenpick!
What an Atrium there is!
One of the best hotels in the city! The main advantage is its location. The hotel has recently been renovated, everything is very fresh and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and bright!
I was on April 26, 2024, it started with the reception, the American dollar card did not pass, like the refusal was 3 times, And I had almost no money left in cash, I'm shocked, let's call my son to America, he quit his job, ran to the bank, there were long negotiations, even with a Russian translator, tk to my son it is impossible, another hour of stress, as a result, the card worked fine, I was settled, on the condition that tomorrow I would change the cash for the amount and pay, when I proved that the card worked, the payment immediately passed, instead of resting, I immediately got stressed, the mood was filthy, they did not even apologize, the guy looked at me with a blinking look.he was just given the command to take cash any way, it's a shame for such a hotel!!!the breakfasts also fall short, and there was no concern for the client, but how to strip more, although the building is beautiful, clean ... and that's it
A good hotel, but a very strange configuration of the bathroom, to get to the toilet you need to separate from the door, it is not very convenient. Two nice swimming pools, sauna, hammam, gorgeous entrance area.
During our stay, the hotel was renovated and only 3 floors were functioning, but this did not interfere or bother. Overall, a good chain hotel. Clean, cozy, delicious.
A great place to drink bourbon after a great dinner nearby. Decent service, cozy, just warn me that you don't want ice in bourbon. Next time I'd stay here.
A nice hotel with an excellent location. Timur and Registan are 5 minutes away on foot. Nice SPA. Breakfast. The rooms are spacious. But it's a little stuffy in them. Many of them do not open windows
