The best resort in Dead Sea. Nice views.
Amazing room services. A very kind staff and a lot of activities. We love this place. My kids really love that it has a pool for swimming. We really enjoyed this place.
Lovely hotel. Good security system, quick check-in, excellent rooms - don't find fault. Very attentive staff, but not at all intrusive. Breakfast is served properly, a large selection of dishes and drinks. The beach on the dead sea is made perfectly, the sea itself is beautiful. There are several swimming pools and bars on the territory, which allows you not to crowd and feel privacy in your vacation. They write that this hotel has the best spa in the world. I found out - they don't lie! The spa is beautiful, one of the best I've been to. And the pools on the territory of the SPA are generally super! And this applies not only to the infinity pool. In general, the hotel has confirmed the quality of five stars and its cost.
I do not recommend it! We were on New Year's holidays, there is a sign at the entrance to the hotel: entrance with food and drinks is prohibited! And this is not a joke, the inspection at every entrance to the hotel is like at the airport, alcohol is withdrawn from the suitcase to the luggage room! Bags, bags, pockets. New Year's Eve dinner was offered for 106JOD per person! And a cup of coffee costs $5. The balcony was not needed, it is impossible to sit-flies and mosquitoes! They are also overpowering by the pool! There are a lot of complaints about the staff! An old, very expensive hotel, and does not correspond to a 5-star
It could be a great place for a couple of days.
When checking out, we noticed that from the safe!! A significant amount of money was missing in the room. The answer of the security service is that you yourself provided the code for the safe, it cannot be opened.
A friend lost $200 out of 700 from a purse in a backpack, locked in a room. The answer is SB - did someone play a joke on you? or you spent it - remember! Sign up here that you will not file a police report
They cover up thieves
Go to the Dead Sea for relaxation and wellness. To read, to think, to be in silence. The hotel is gorgeous. The territory is striking in its beauty. The Garden of Eden. Sooo responsive staff. We froze in a bungalow room in January, brought a large oil cooler and a bunch of souvenirs to boot!) The food is excellent, as everywhere in 5***** in Jordan. There is an outdoor warm pool, although it is full of locals, but foreigners in separate swimsuits are tolerated and loyal) There are employees on the beach, young men! They will help you to smear yourself with healing mud, go into the sea and get out of it, because the approach is rocky. The sea temperature in January is +20. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, thanks to them, a very pleasant impression of the Jordanians as a whole.
