The hotel sucks. Maximum 3+. The staff is slow, the rooms are cheap, it's noisy and cold all the time, the breakfasts are more or less. In short, a maximum of 3 stars. There is no normal food. There is no view from the window, on the highway. They lived like refugees. I don't advise anyone.
We moved to the hotel across the street, stella di mare. A million times better. And the breakfasts are more varied and the rooms are much better and the staff is good. And closer to Dubai marina. Although the price is the same.
The most lame hotel. We have vacationed in the UAE more than 10 times, there is something to compare with.
I'll start from the beginning. The system was booked ALL inclusive. We arrived in the evening at 22:10. At registration, we were informed that our reservation includes only breakfast. We showed the booking voucher, somehow proved that we paid for the all-inclusive system. The administrator agreed. We asked where to have dinner and what with drinks, we were told that the ALL inclusive system works until 22:00 pm and go through the forest, then everything is paid until 24:00, and like it's your problem that you have paid for this day. We went to the room. Of course, there are also problems there, there is no noise insulation at all, not on the street, not in the hall. You won't be able to fall asleep more than once. It's like the windows are open and the noise is from a busy highway. There's a blockage in the bathroom and sink. There are no dressing gowns, etc. In the morning they asked for bathrobes (which were taken away from us again after cleaning), had breakfast, went to the reception to find out where to have dinner and lunch. And the same song began, that we allegedly paid only for breakfast. In general, 2 days proved that we paid for ALL inclusive, and this is 100,000 rubles ($ 1,360) more than breakfast, we stayed from January 1 for one week. After the administrators still noted in the computer that we have ALL inclusive, they began to let us eat without disassembly.
Now I explain what is ALL inclusive in this hotel. The breakfasts are not bad in the general restaurant. The dinners of the five-star hotel are held in the pub on a special menu, so as not to get too drunk. The menu is divided into 3 parts, you can take one dish from each part. The food from the first two parts is chips, fries, or some other product in batter, in general, a snack for beer. The third course is a meager piece of dessert. The system includes beer of the same type, wine and whiskey. Not euro drinks. Alcohol is served by waiters in glasses, you have to wait a long time, even if there are only 2 people in the hall, so they ordered two servings. One day we arrived a little after lunch, asked at the reception if we could have dinner at the bar instead of the general restaurant and that we missed lunch and would like to go to the bar, since it was football that day, we were told that we could. We came to the bar, we were given a special menu for those who have ALL inclusive. We chose the dishes, wanted to make an order, another waiter came up, took the menu and said that we could leave, they would not serve us, since lunch time had passed, and for dinner go to a shared restaurant. Why was the menu given? And why not competent staff at the reception and in the barn? Such impudence has not yet been met in more than one hotel, not to mention that this hotel is five-star and not cheap! As a result, we no longer went to lunch at the hotel, it was very unpleasant to see this staff and the bar.
Dinner, of course, is also very meager, not like breakfast. All their pots and dishes with salad and dessert are placed on a tiny patch. There is a side dish and, for example, pieces of chicken or the cheapest fish in batter. Mostly batter and goulash. There is no fried meat or fish. Noodles are always spicy. There are a couple of salads and a couple of cakes. And everything. The restaurant closes at 21:30, although ALL inclusive, as they say, is open until 22:00. At 21:30 they are asked to leave the restaurant. You can have time to run into the pub and take a bottle of 0.33 beer and drink there. You cannot take drinks out of the bar and restaurant. It is not possible to order food or drinks in the room. It doesn't matter what you have paid for.
There are no other bars on site where you can use the ALL inclusive system.
In general, they took money for the service, but did not provide anything.
As for the pools. This is a separate story. All the photos that are posted on the hotel's website and the websites of tour operators are complete lies. In the photo, the pool that is located on the complex on the palm tree in which you can leave this hotel at certain hours. The same hotel has a small rectangular swimming pool. More precisely, a swamp with green, muddy water, without climate control. Before booking the hotel, they asked if there is a heated pool in the month of January? They answered of course there is. In fact, it's a lie. Swimming pool without heating.
You can say there is no Wi-Fi. It seems to be there, but it crashes every minute, it is impossible to use. As a result, I can say that this is the worst 3-star hotel with a minus. Do not book, 0stoy… Do not spoil your mood, especially for such money. I regret that I did not take a photo to post here.
And of course there is no ice cream here, despite the name of the hotel ... Ugh ... I don't want to remember this hole…

The hotel is small, only 8 floors for occupancy, I asked for a higher one and booked a room with a partial view of the sea and the Ferris wheel, they gave it exactly the opposite, with a view of the MKAD and the power grid in the distance!!! The rooms are shabby, there are no promised robes, the mixer handle falls off, etc. I did not expect to see this in such a cheap hotel!!!! I conclude that you can't trust some travel agents with their best photos!
Excellent hotel, 5 stars. Near the Jumeirah Lakes Towers Metro Station. You can walk to the metro in 5-7 minutes, so it's a little hot in summer. The hotel has a spa, gym, hairdresser, cafe and restaurant. There are many restaurants near the hotel, so you can eat in them in the evening.
