The spacious pastry bakery Moulin is located within walking distance from the metro station Victory Square, to the right of the Palace of Art. The interior is decorated in bright colors, lots of mirrors, large windows, comfortable sofas. The range includes drinks, bread and pastries, ginger biscuits and a wide variety of desserts. Polite staff. Try the chocolate eclair, it's excellent.
