We chose a hotel for our vacation in a couple of minutes: we were looking for Marmaris and closer to the center - the location is good! And they never regretted it! A la carte meals are really unexpected for Turkey, with its all inclusive - do not be afraid- everything is convenient, you do not stand in queues for the same omelet, chicken or fish in the evenings, the waiters will bring everything to you here - thank you very much! Respect to the chef! I see a lot of orders at the cafe, they are preparing for delivery! Of the drinks - everything is bottled, cola, mineral water, beer is opened and poured when served - it is very pleasant to come to the restaurant after walking around the city or shopping and enjoy dinner! They try to make your stay comfortable, they respond to any requests! I wish everyone a similar rest, positive emotions - enjoy!
We have never been to Marmaris and wanted to see it. The city is beautiful and that's it. I will write everything in order, we arrived on September 19 (for 7 days), brought us to the hotel at 9 o'clock in the morning, and check-in after 14.00, bracelets are also worn after 14.00, and you can use all the privileges after you are put on a bracelet (you can't even go to the beach, that's cool!) The wait was long, my husband and I settled down on the couch in foy and tired, hungry after the flight, we waited for 14.00. Around 13.55 they put on a bracelet and gave us room 402, sent us to the "restaurant" to eat (on this day 10 people came to this hotel, of all of them only my husband and I got into the restaurant, since the restaurant is open from 12.30 to 14.00, the rest went to the snack bar to eat nuggets and ala burgers, THAT's THIS IS A SERVICE) We fly to Turkey for a minute every year, mainly to Kemer, and this has never happened, even they settled us at 11.00 o'clock. Well, okay about the "restaurant", the officers bring the menu and you make an order (and I forgot there is no person in this hotel from the word completely Russian-speaking) the menu is in Turkish and English, well, they coped with the translator phone. We made an order and brought us a huge plate of salad (which crunches sand on our teeth), a huge plate of pasta, and tomato soup----and that's all the menu we had for a whole week) no, you don't think that this is the only thing on the menu, no, everything is different, but for me everything was not delicious (for example, salad Caesar- lots and lots of cabbage, 1 cherry pickle cut in half, 3 pieces of chicken and the same amount of crackers all). Plates, glasses are dirty, waiters do not understand in Russian when there is a whole landing, they forget who needs to bring what, you wait a long time, and bucket portions, why? and not tasty) The room is nice, clean, cleaned every day (but my husband and I came to the room on vacation only to wash and spend the night) the rest of the time we are on the beach and at sea, but it did not happen here. To get to the beach, you have to go near a smelly garbage dump, it's a horror, the beach itself is small for 30 fishermen, but there is always a place because the sea is very cold and dirty from boats passing nearby. My husband and I always fly to Kemer for a vacation in September, we don't get out of the sea, the water is warm, but here, alas, we were sitting near the pool for a turn, and when the garbage was cleaned, this stench reached both the pool and the snack bar (it was practically behind the fence) After eviction at 12.00 you are cut off bracelets and you are not on the beach you can't go to the restaurant, we were near the pool and you can use the snack bar. And I forgot to write about fruits, they were brought only to the snack bar, bananas, kiwis, 2 times watermelons and melon were cut thinly on a plate. Alcohol is probably the same as everywhere else.In general, it's just a terrible vacation ruined, I gave the 1 star only for the room. But do you think you want to come here? There's nothing I won't come here for anymore.
The food is great! The service is the best! The staff is the best! The rooms are clean and comfortable! The breakfasts are the best of all the hotels we've been to! Purity 10/10! The cuisine is delicious, I recommend this hotel!
Clean, slightly worn. Breakfast is the worst of all, they eat scrambled eggs slightly warm, how is that? You ask them to clean up, they don't clean up. The advantages are its own small beach and swimming pool. The staff is sluggish, tired, and they work the same way.

A nice, quiet hotel without noisy parties. The hotel has a new renovation, no flaws were found. The sea is 1 minute away, there is a private beach, which is a great advantage. There are comfortable sun beds on the beach, you can always find a free place. There is also a relaxation area by the pool, there is also a bar and a mini buffet in the afternoon. The food in the restaurant is a la carte, rather monotonous, the service leaves much to be desired, but the food is generally good, delicious, you can eat well. Corresponds to the number of stars, I recommend it!
Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms…Cleaning every day, there is a convenient electronic informative board next to the door to the room.The maids are tactful, they always try to clean up while the guests are away…A stunning SPA, where I recommend visiting the hammam, which is very good before sunbathing and massage)….Special thanks to the staff of the restaurant, where it is always nice to eat and relax. Our a la carte breakfast was included in the accommodation, but we often visited the restaurant for lunch or dinner😊Beautiful serving of dishes....Many thanks to the entire hotel team for a great stay😊

I don't know what the hotel used to be like, but now there are a lot of complaints about the hotel. The main disadvantage of this hotel is the all-inclusive food, but on the menu, not a buffet!The menu is very poor. There are only eggs for breakfast. You can also choose pancakes or a homemade breakfast consisting of 2 pieces of cheese, a bagel, a croissant, a salad. That is all. Nothing else will be offered for breakfast. The menu is the same for lunch and dinner, too, do not look for variety. Restaurant service is a separate song. You can sit for half an hour, and the menu will not be brought to you. In the priory, visitors from the street, you will be served according to the residual principle. The staff is young, slowly defiles between the tables, ten times you need to remind them what to bring and not the fact that they will eventually bring. They pretend not to understand, but actually giggle on the sidelines. So think about it, do you need such a Turkish service?!
The hotel is super! The restaurant spoils the reputation of the hotel. It's just a shame to cook like that! Chefs cook well, but not for hotel guests, only for money.Wine and beer are good.The beach is nearby. There are always sun beds both at sea and at the beach. I really want to give advice on the restaurant: follow the recipe- Caesar salad can't be different every day - one day is OK, the next - just a tired iceberg and a chicken. The hotel itself is without flaws. Electronic displays at the doors, good linen, towels. Only one mystery - no toilet had soap in the dispenser all week! A paradox.

- A huge number of flies at dinner ( it's just not possible to eat , they're everywhere )
- Very bad WiFi ( at least in our room it was just terrible, we didn't even send messages to whatsapp )
- Room cleaning is also 4/10 (the table and sink weren't even wiped, the floor was also always in the sand )
- They also stole new sneakers from us, left them in the storage room, and forgot, after a couple of days we ask if they have a room for lost things, they say that there are no new sneakers

A super hotel in everything! We spent 8 nights here on our honeymoon. Few people and even fewer Russians (which is great!). There are almost no children and no noise. The rooms are modern and stylish, the bathroom door did not close-it was fixed on the first day. They clean well and stably. The staff is just wonderful! Damla and Setran are the best! They are very smiling guys who love their work and people. The food is fine. We don't even want any buffets, we've had enough of them, how are you! And everything is very, very tasty! The breakfasts got a little tired, but still didn't get any worse from it. You can diversify it if you apply imagination) I want to return to this hotel, which we will do! Room 409- the view is so-so and noisy in the evenings from a nearby hotel, but this did not spoil the overall impression at all
Terrible hotel. We were vacationing with friends at this hotel, it's just terrible. Disappointment!!! The service is disgusting . I'm not talking about the kitchen. Dirty forks were brought to us , food collected from half - eaten plates ! This is Kashmar! Just imagine , they bring you fruits with leftover yogurt and cheese . There are new rules every day.
There are few parking spaces. The second key card was constantly demagnetized. You cannot enter the elevator with luggage - there is a weight limit. The rooms are bright, clean, have a balcony, delicious breakfasts
We rest in Marmaris 4 times.A great hotel, urban, all entertainment and shopping are within walking distance, we had a room on the 6th floor, thank you very much for the beautiful view from the balcony, for the cleanliness of the room, for the delicious food and the correct attitude of the staff. A little bit of a Russian-speaking employee was missing. We are very happy with our vacation, we plan to return in the spring, I want room 604 again.
I absolutely do not understand why this hotel has a high rating. The point is located on the outskirts of the city. There are no Russian-speaking staff. The service point from the room is selective. At breakfast, you go hungry. Breakfast is one-course, there is no choice. Not a buffet. they may not serve, they may not bring, the products come across spoiled. The attitude of the staff towards the guests is indifferent. we had a rest in early April 2021. Think again before choosing this hotel.
The hotel deserves 5 stars. Everything is at the highest level. It feels like they are not saving on staff! Lovely cozy clean rooms! Friendly girls at the reception and in the bar, waiters in the restaurant! The entire hotel staff puts their hearts into making vacationers feel comfortable. It was the 10th anniversary trip to Turkey, but this is the first hotel we want to return to!(although we always rested in 5-star hotels, but on the Antalya coast) I would like to thank the hotel staff and wish them to keep such a high level further!!! thank you!!!
An excellent modern and new hotel with a good location, wonderful staff, high-quality and varied meals. Spacious rooms with beautiful interiors. Entertainment in the form of evenings at the pool bar, not too noisy, suitable for couples with children. Nearby, literally in the next building, there is a very decent water park. I wish the hotel not to slide down :)

The new hotel opened after renovation in 2018. The rooms are large. Stylish. Bright. Close to the sea. The staff felt tired by the end of the season. The kitchen could have been better
