When I told them what I had come for, they asked me a clarifying question, whether I had bought everything for an oil change. I answered in the affirmative. To which they replied that they only work with their own materials. And this turn of the dialogue looked a little mocking) I just turned around and left.
Who are you guys anyway? Who do you think you are? I drive my wife's new car to the dealer with my spare parts. And there are no problems. And what do you care how and why I bought these parts. I'm a client, I'm looking for what's more profitable for me!
I consider this attitude to be a complete trash. I'm not going there anymore. And I will not advise anyone.

I left them with ignition passes, in order to eliminate the gaps, candles, injectors, coils, fuel injection pumps were changed, the head was removed and the valve guides were changed, in short, the GUYS FOCUSED ON MAKING MONEY AND NOT HELPING THE CLIENT!!!!

I brought 6 liter bottles of oil (the box includes 5-5.5 liters), 5 identical bottles and 1 of a different shape, so the master first opened the one with a different shape, then changed his mind and poured 5 others. 5 liters was enough for him, and he gave me the open one (if I hadn't asked for it). The cost of 1 liter of oil is 5000 rubles! Now there is someone who does not need oil.
They answered for a long time, on a social network and are located unsuccessfully. There is nothing to say about the repair, because in the end they did not help.
I don't recommend it. I was making an engine. It was redone twice. As a result, the problem was not solved. They spread their hands and offered to sell the car because their knowledge was not enough to fix the problem. Anyone who wants to spend money and narva is welcome.
There were problems with the air conditioner, a refrigerant leak... the guys are kind, friendly, they will tell you everything, they will put on shoes... I visited this service four times, problems with refrigerant leakage have not been solved, money has been paid, time and nerves have been spent.
Conclusion: the specialists are super, you can give - there is nothing to take. Who has nowhere to put the loot - go ahead, you will be welcome. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT,

I changed the timing, with a roller pump. They did not wipe the dirt from the engine where the timing belt is, even after antifreeze flowed there when replacing the pump. They do not use torque wrenches. We did not check the correct tension of the timing belt as indicated in the repair manual. The car began to shake at idle. I called and said that I was changing the timing and a vibration appeared, they began to run over me that it could be candles and coils ..., I asked to check the timing anyway. They opened it, the belt jumped by one tooth. They put the same belt for free again, just like the first time, without checks as in the repair manual. A day later, the car is idling again. I called, explained the situation - they recorded it for the end of the week. When I arrived, they began to tell me that I had brought my parts and they were bad, so they would put the twice-jumped belt again in their own way. I.e. without checking as in the repair manual, despite the fact that I asked to do it. As I believe, they rendered a low-quality service, ruined my belt (it can no longer be put on), took the money and washed their hands of it. Arrogant attitude towards the client, poor-quality work, I do not advise you to contact here.

I replaced the front pads, out of turn, the staff entered the position!, at some stations the queue is scheduled for December!, quickly and not expensive. I recommend. The work was completed in 30 minutes!
