I collected everything necessary to change the oil in the gearbox of my car. Well, I think I'll stop by this service station, sign up for an oil change. Upon arrival, I was greeted with some displeasure at the counter. Which is already a bit puzzling. When I told them what I had come for, they asked me a clarifying question, whether I had bought everything for an oil change. I answered in the affirmative. To which they replied that they only work with their own materials. And this turn of the dialogue looked a little mocking) I just turned around and left.
Who are you guys anyway? Who do you think you are? I drive my wife's new car to the dealer with my spare parts. And there are no problems. And what do you care how and why I bought these parts. I'm a client, I'm looking for what's more profitable for me!
I consider this attitude to be a complete trash. I'm not going there anymore. And I will not advise anyone.
Good service, competent craftsmen! In particular, I want to mention the automatic transmission master and the electronics engineer - cool guys.
Respect to the management for a competent approach.
A good car service, but they take advantage of the fact that they are practically alone in the area. They behave like the gods of Olympus. A month in line, three weeks of repairs, high cost and no warranty...
