Now sometimes I go there to get gear, and as a bonus, I can wander around and admire the bikes for sale. The staff is pleasant, they know how to sell and explain. On the downside, the guys don't have enough knowledge about some of the nuances of the motorcycles they sell. Before buying, it is better to study the model you are interested in yourself.

In February 24, I purchased HD Road glide in the Minks Motorcycle Workshop, manager Ilya helped me figure out all the details of the transaction, taking into account the fact that I live in Petrozavodsk, the transaction took place remotely, without visiting, going to the place, promises were made through What's App, advised on the motorcycle, stages of registration, transfer of funds, sending and much more, answered a lot of my questions and doubts, sent photos, videos, etc., sent them through TK PECK, did everything as promised. According to the time from the first contact to the receipt of the motorcycle, 3 weeks passed, after the transfer of funds, about 2-3 days were spent on registration of the SBKTS and 7 days were spent on delivery. In general, I am now the proud owner of HD RG FLTRU 2018. Taking into account the fact that snow is lying in our country until May, I have not yet registered with the traffic police, I am worried about the amendments to the Law from 1.04.24 on the import of vehicles through Belarus, I think that previously imported vehicles, including motorcycles, will not touch. I want to thank Ilya, MotoArena for helping to acquire a dream, responsible fulfillment of contractual obligations. Thanks!

I bought motorcycles for myself two times in a motorcycle shop (Suzuki Boulevard C50 and Kawasaki VN900). From the very beginning of communication, I met with manager Nikolai and since then we have been on friendly terms for several years! Everything is very clear and precise. Because I live 700 km away.from Minsk, of course, I received all the characteristics of motorcycles based on photos and videos that 100% corresponded to what I saw upon arrival at the salon. The motorcycles were in excellent condition, after completing the documents, I immediately got into the saddle and on the road! There were no complaints, breakdowns and problems when registering at home. I recommend this salon. The only disadvantage of the motorcycle dealership is its transport accessibility, if you go on your own, then getting to them is still a pleasure.

I stopped by to buy a front wheel bearing, the price with a margin of more than 150%, there was no time to wait, I bought it.
I think I'll change it right away, since there is a service, and so as not to get dirty myself. As a result, I was told that the work on replacing the bearing would cost 200 rubles and take 2 hours.
p.s. Before that, the manager clarified if I had been there before. The ideal approach to "attracting" customers 👍🏿
I changed it myself, it took 30 minutes with a smoke break.

Manager Maxim - my respect!
I came to Minsk to this motorcycle dealership just for a test drive of a bike that I just wanted to try, change my mind and come back. And it turned out that both the service and the professionalism, in general, the organization of the business is such that after five minutes of the test drive I knew that I was taking this bike.
It was at the end of October 2022. I am writing a review now because I have the experience of a full motorcycle season. Well, in memory, the impressions of the purchase remained as vivid. Everything is fine: the interior design, the training of the manager, and the speed of work, everything is transparent, they delivered it directly to the Moscow Metro to the entrance, and the final thing was that the traffic police had no questions with the documents that the delivery guys gave me from Minsk with a motorcycle. Only the diagnostic card had to be issued, well, you all know what to do :-)

I came without a call. The manager gave me more than an hour. I listened carefully and helped to choose 5 models.
Everything is extremely honest and frank. He told me about the whole background, showed me the photos of the "before". The next week, I arrived and asked to hold
my favorite motorcycle until I get a loan. By the time the loan was issued, all the selected models had already been purchased.
They would have taken mine, too, if the guys hadn't held it for me. This is despite the fact that he did not leave any collateral. Thank you very much!

He handed over the motorcycle to them for a commission, stood idle for six months, killed the battery with stupid charging so that he did not start the motorcycle, made a paint job, and they said they were innocent that it was itself ....
The motorcycle was a year old....
After he took the motorcycle from them, the battery put on its charge After a couple of hours, the battery miraculously came to life and the motorcycle began to start from its native battery.
They do not look well at motorcycle batteries on commission - at least, as a maximum - they specifically scare away potential buyers of motorcycles put on commission, perhaps pursuing some interests of their own.
PS The motorcycle was sold a week after he took the motorcycle from the motorcycle shop to the buyer who was there, but because of problems with the battery, he decided to think about it...

I've been to the salon a couple of times. I wanted to put a motorcycle on sale , then everyone clearly explained how to act in this situation. We have sorted out all the points of pre-sale preparation.
In the cabin itself, the motorcycles are well-groomed, well-prepared, and you know for sure that you are buying a well-maintained motorcycle for yourself. And the salon specialists will tell you everything correctly, and show you about the motorcycle model you are interested in.
There is also a choice of equipment, helmets, in general, there is enough of everything.
