The hotel is just for the night. The food is terrible in the dining room. One person is a cook, a dishwasher and a waiter. One of the advantages is the location on the outskirts of the city, near the gas station. If you book in the morning, you won't stay outside in the evening. Just call me back before you arrive.

We stayed overnight on 02/19/24. The condition is normal for a roadside hotel. The bed linen is clean, the shower and toilet are in the room. Get enough sleep and rest normally from the road. It's just very stuffy in the room. A double room plus an extra mattress cost 9,500 tenge per night.

We stopped by with the children, there were four of us, and the rooms are only double, we were offered a mattress as an extra bed. There is little food to choose from and the food in the cafe is not tasty. The parking lot is large, and the hotel is located outside the city.

The staff is unfriendly, the glasses in the cafe are dirty. The guard has no human understanding, we arrived from Taraz, the car froze, asked for an outlet to charge the battery, for this he charged us 1000 tenge. We won't be impoverished with this money, and he won't get rich either. It's a shame that in difficult situations people try to catch the benefit. Nearby, the guys also froze and asked to bring the battery inside, he took 500 tenge from them.
During the 2 days of stay, they never cleaned the room and did not even ask if everything was normal. Don 't go there anymore!!!
