Terribly expensive parking, inconvenient location, expensive rental of premises.
Of the +, the staff can be noted, they are always very friendly and have a beautiful terrace.

The hub Bridge is not only a coworking space with access to the roof, it is a Startup fund. Which constantly hosts all sorts of startup acceleration programs. It's a very interesting place, I wish there were more places like this in the city.
