Good afternoon, espresso waited 8 minutes, the employee, instead of starting to prepare the drink, switches the music in the cafe, a double espresso in 3.8 is prepared on a single coffee tab, which in principle is already a deception, well, the quality, there is absolutely no cream in espresso to taste it is water with a coffee flavor and bitter as wormwood, for the first time once when the employee came in, he generally stepped aside and did something with a teaspoon of espresso. A dirty work area, a pile of garbage and forks are lying on the floor (photo attached). They cheat, it's not tasty and dirty.

Employees are rude and bully, I haven't seen this for a long time...
