I played table tennis and volleyball here when I lived nearby, and as a student I once played for the dormitory in team darts competitions))
Tennis tables are on the third floor in the corridor, one right on the passage from the stairs to the locker rooms, the other at the end of the corridor in a relatively secluded corner. There are very few places around them, the ceilings are low, but they are cheap compared to other places I know. It is suitable for beginners and very amateurs after a long break.
The volleyball hall is also on the third floor, small in size: a volleyball court plus 40-50 cm of coverage on each side. The coating is rubber, quite bouncy and shock-absorbing, but when trying to slide over it with an open part of the body, it peels off the skin almost like sandpaper, be careful. The ceiling is 7-8 meters.

I won't say anything about FOZ, but the sauna there is cool. True, the schedule is now limited both by day and by the beginning of work-call and clarify, but if the sauna is warmed up by the opening .., . the sauna is dry and clean...2 hours of high!!!

They were frozen in the sauna. It's cold and there's a draft through the window. The pool is icy, I had to pour water for 40-60 minutes. The steam in the steam room is zero, even if it's not ley. The TV asks for usb otherwise it does not work in any way. The light in the sauna is such that people seem blue. I went; now I'm sick, I'm sitting at home (((. *** and not a sauna (at the checkout they said "we all have the same saunas"). By no means in general.

I've been going to the sauna in this fok for years. Yes, I understand the public bathhouse, but every year it gets worse and worse. The cleaning in the women's department is disgusting, there is no need to talk about the steam room. If they didn't clean the steam room themselves, then you could walk in rubber boots there. It is better to keep silent about the so-called repair. The staff, I'm not afraid of that word, is terrible. All the adequate employees have left. The rest have watchman's syndrome.
I'm not talking about cockroaches and mold. We are increasingly going to other baths. In the Moskovsky district, instead of the shopping center, it's high time to build a normal bathhouse. Believe me, it would pay for itself quickly. There are a lot of bath lovers.

Judging by old reviews, the gym is not about anything at all.. I personally went to choose a place for myself to train, so I'll tell you what. Yes, there is not much space, yes, there is no air conditioning, but the training base there is not bad. Everything you need for any muscle group is there.
