I appeal to those who plan to spend their holidays in Sozopol, in particular at the Morska Zvezda hotel. I note that we have been vacationing there for several years, but for three times we stayed at this hotel, we practically did not encounter the hostess. We were checked in by a cleaner, no one asked for passports and a voucher from a travel agency either. This year we decided to go there again, but there were no places for 9 nights at the hotel. The hostess offered us the following option: seven nights in a type A room and two nights in a type B. We agreed, not suspecting what kind of scandal awaits us ...
In the evening, on the eve of moving to another room, we checked with the hostess the time and collected almost all our things. According to our travel voucher, check-out takes place before 12.00, and check-in before 14.00. We agreed with her that we would arrive at 12 a.m., she also assumed that the room in which we were supposed to be checked in would be cleaned by 11 o'clock. The next morning, when we returned to the
hotel at 11.30 am, the hostess greeted us with a shout and a shout, accusing us of not vacating the room. Our belongings, like obscene garbage, were dumped in the hallway. Bags of groceries, personal hygiene items, things left on the hanger, an umbrella, an open suitcase, shoes - everything was lying in a pile. Underwear, a swimsuit left on the dryer were completely thrown on the landing, there were also scattered tea bags. All this was taken out and thrown off, behaving in an absolutely brazen way, by the new, boorishly pushing us, the guests from Bulgaria.
The question arises: what right did strangers have to touch our personal belongings?! It is unclear who would be responsible in case of loss of money, documents or other valuables! The only person who understood the incorrectness of the situation and expressed apologies was the cleaner, unlike the habalistic, screaming hostess Maria.
Fu... All that remains is disappointment.
In addition, the rooms are enormously different from each other. Type B, unlike type A, is insanely inconvenient in its location and noisy, in the evening you can constantly hear shouts from the terrace of the restaurant, from the street and balconies of another hotel located directly opposite our windows. And the balcony itself is incredibly small and uncomfortable. It is impossible to sit at a table and lay out a dryer at the same time ...
In general, if you are used to rudeness, tactlessness and scandals, welcome!
My friends stayed here. And before they moved in, I photographed and sent them the location, the interiors, the yard.
Everything corresponds to the quality level of a private hotel. The kitchen is in the yard. A green courtyard, cozy bedrooms. Not far from the sea. My friends were pleased.
