I will put 4 stars so that there is a place to grow. What I like about this spa: a variety of complex programs at an attractive price. Clean, cozy, beautiful. The location is right in the center. Growth zones, so to speak: not all masters are equally good. Someone is doing a massage that hurts too much, for example. And the last time I was there, I came out after the hammam, and the stone pedestal on which the water treatments are done is cold (before that it was warm, last time). It wasn't very pleasant. So I really like this spa, I will still go.
A wonderful spa salon, we go with my husband all the time..it is always clean, cozy and beautiful ..masseuses do everything as it should be done at a professional level ..those who write negative things are probably either competitors or haters ...you need to go once and make sure that the salon is great 👍
I signed up for a Thai massage: I wanted it without oil, with stretching, according to the classics. There is no kimono in the salon, as I understand it. The master (not Thai) said — let's do it with oil, but with stretching too. OK, let's have Thai oil. In the end, anything but Thai. Here we can talk subjectively about the technique of the master that is not close to me (everyone likes different things), but the master began to bend me about 3 minutes after the start of the massage. Immediately bend back — when they hold the commas and pull back. And then — immediately legs, hip arching back and sideways. And right away into an intense bend, and not a progressive stretch, for that matter. These are all the elements that need to be done on already warmed muscles and with sensitivity to the body. Sensitivity was not noticed.
Regarding the massage itself, it was unreasonably painful in places (I feel great about intensive massage when it is aimed specifically at working out the muscles, but not when the knuckles or elbow are passed over the bone, joint or some very non—obvious points, and with forceful pressure). To be honest, there was some kind of inconsistent feeling from the approach. The back was not worked on the main muscles, but the shoulder joint was crushed and the toes were rubbed for a long time. The legs on the front side were not massaged in principle. I asked not to do stretching bends from some point on - I'm usually a timid flower, but here, to be honest, there was no confidence in the technique at all. How unsafe it felt, out of control.
