Elena has already organized our wonderful vacation in Georgia twice. For the first time, despite the tight deadlines and some force majeure moments (on our part), she painstakingly and carefully selected a hotel for us, advised a good guide and was always in touch with us. My daughter and I were traveling together after a long break in travel, so such support was very important to us, and for the second time there was no doubt who to contact for the selection of a tour. The tour was selected taking into account all our wishes, the manager was always in touch and interested in our impressions, we chose a hotel in Dubai marina for our vacation, the hotel service was at the highest level, the excursions were scolded through a guide, which we did not regret. Many thanks to the staff of the Moremir travel agency, especially to the manager Galina for a well-organized vacation in Turkey in May 2024. I was traveling alone, so a tour was selected at an adequate price. Galina found a wonderful hotel, the first line, the sea is visible from the room. We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel. Everything is organized clearly. Galina was interested in how the vacation was going, which is doubly nice to know that you have not been forgotten. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the work. Since the tour was considered $ 400 more expensive than that of another agency, but since we started working with moremir, we offered them to make us the same price as other agencies and buy the tour from them. But the hotel was offered very poorly for winter, unfortunately. The wind blew very strongly from the sea. It is clear that we probably should have looked at the best location in Charm for winter on the Internet ourselves, but then why an agency if not to give advice? But with that ok, the hotel was good, anyway. It was more frustrating and surprising that we had to control the departure time ourselves, as the agency told us. That this is our concern. The departure time was constantly changing. Baggage to Egypt is also different from other countries. The ticket states that 23 kg per person, but only 14 kg per person is allowed in Egypt, I would like to be told this too at the agency, and not at the check-in desk before departure))
After the claims were made to the agency, they were already in touch with us, but only on "their working days" and on weekends, solve the issues yourself. I understand perfectly well that people should have days off, but next time I will choose an agency that even on weekends has an agent on duty who is ready to answer any questions that arise.

Time flew by quickly and excitingly! I really enjoyed learning. Excellent service, gym, bar, restaurant and lots of entertainment. The sea is also a stone's throw away. I was charged with positive emotions for the year ahead. I applied this summer of 2018 and the company did not let me down. Of course, I consulted with them beforehand, showed them a lot of interesting proposals based on the family budget and eventually decided to fly to Egypt. I was advised by manager Karina, who coped with her task with her professional approach and even more so because she recommended where it was better to go, which places to visit, where it was better to have a snack and thanks to her advice had a great time and saved money, which is most important and profitable. I have already vacationed abroad before. I used the services of various travel companies. My friends arrived from Egypt and were satisfied with their vacation. Therefore, this summer I decided to buy a tour from this travel company. Arriving at the office, I was greeted by a pleasant manager, Karina, who answered all my questions, explained the conditions of rest and the price of the tour itself. The conversation with her completely convinced me that it was worth buying a ticket. 10 days in Egypt left only good impressions, I have never regretted it - a comfortable hotel, a swimming pool, a well-groomed beach. I would especially like to say about the staff serving vacationers, attentive and friendly. I will plan my next vacation with the managers of this company.

We had a wonderful rest thanks to the Moremir company in Egypt this winter. They have a great company, wonderful service, competent and intelligent staff. Special thanks to Anastasia, an employee of the company, who helped us with the choice of holidays, helped us choose the hotel where we were staying. She told us about all the nuances of a vacation in Egypt, gave recommendations and advice. Which were very useful to us and were useful. We had a rest in Hurghada, in the month of February, we liked everything. The weather was good, we were on the beach before lunch, swimming and sunbathing. The children loved the pool in the courtyard of the hotel, and I was lounging on a chaise longue under palm trees. Everything was fine with the food, although monotonous, but it was delicious and satisfying. In the evening we went to a restaurant, which they have a very original one, because it was on the ship. In general, you can find anything in Hurghada, you can buy anything you like there, and most importantly, you can bargain there. We went on several excursions. Cozy and comfortable rooms, neat, cleaned daily. In general, we are very satisfied with the rest.

We have a pleasant and positive opinion about the travel company "Moremir", which we applied to in order to have an interesting, exciting, family time abroad, which we actually managed to do. I'll start with the fact that friends recommended us to contact this company earlier this year, which has been working for a very long time, but there are already satisfied customers who previously trusted their vacation to reliable and old companies. We also decided to trust them, which we did not regret, the vacation was really a success, we took a 10-day tour for 3 people, 2 adults and a child to Egypt. We liked the flight, we liked the hotel where we rested, mostly in the evening, since we went on excursions on the beach. The beach was not far away, we are grateful to Anastasia's manager for advising places where you can eat tasty and not expensive, we found these places and ate there. The Moremir company really cares about its customers and tries so that they would remember their vacation, which actually happened.

The rest was very eventful: we went to Minsk, and from there we flew with friends to Egypt, Sharm el-Sheikh. We didn't regret a bit for choosing this direction. We stayed in a luxury five-star hotel. During the entire stay, we remembered the manager of the travel company, Maria, who offered us this option at the best price during the season. Swimming pools, its own water park, a rich buffet for every taste, a private beach. Large and cozy rooms that were cleaned daily. The hotel had super animation that entertained even adults. We had a great time: we went diving, went to spa centers, went sailing and just sunbathed on the beach. So we decided to fly here next time with a small one. By the way, I would like to note that the manager of the Moremir company did a good job to find such a hotel. In short, the optimal ratio of price, quality, and comfort.

Before the vacation, I was thinking about where to relax this year. First I went to Moremir - and then I didn't go any further. Anastasia has found so many convenient and not too expensive options for us that there is nowhere better. So we flew to Crete, the hotel "Hydramis Palace" was 4 and a half stars. Excellent service, perfectly equipped beaches, interesting excursions - thanks to the agency for a wonderfully organized vacation, they know what to offer!
