I want to tell everyone our story about the employees of this company:
It was 06/17/2016. The ASUS Z7 phone was forgotten on the counter in compartment number 12.
15 minutes later, after discovering that the phone was lost, and calling it unsuccessfully for 30 minutes, we returned to the stall asking if we had seen the phone.
(The Troyeshchyna administrator was behind the counter that day) To which the answer immediately followed - of course not!
After that, we checked the location of the phone through the operator's towers, since it was still on, immediately dialed technical support in order to leave a complaint and ask if there are cameras in the offices.
In turn, technical support responds that yes there are cameras, the application is accepted, they will call you back.
After that, the seller (administrator) is informed about the incident.
Going back to the seller to ask if the question has been resolved? to which the answer came:
- yes, I got a call, but alas, the camera is not working today, try to dial and we'll look for maybe it fell here somewhere.
But surprisingly, when trying to dial on the phone, it was already turned off.
In turn, we leave another complaint to technical support, having told the story, they tell us they will call you back. It's been 2 weeks and dozens of calls asking about the status of the problem solution. After another call to technical support, we were answered yes, the camera really did not work that day. Couples couples pam pam curtain.
