We spent a week here. This is an 18-room hotel. There is a restaurant with a small menu of European cuisine.
Of the advantages:
+ excellent location on the first line, all rooms face the sea, the view from the windows to the floor from the room is always amazing
+ 20 steps to the sea, the beach is never busy, the whole batch of people is 50 meters to the left
+ delicious cuisine in the restaurant, pleasant, Instagram feed (which is not to say about breakfast)
+ spacious room and bathroom, there is a balcony with a table, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, electric dryer in the shower, dryer on the balcony, iron (in the common corridor)
+ swimming pool, clean 1.5 m deep, illuminated at night, the beach area is also illuminated
+ sun beds with umbrellas on the territory of the pool, there are always enough of them
+ you can eat outside with a beautiful view, also under an umbrella
+ outdoor shower, faucet - rinse your feet and yourself from the sea (but very cold)
+ nearby pharmacies, snack stalls and shallots (where it is better not to eat)
Of the cons:
- the audibility is impeccable, if you come across talkative neighbors behind the wall, then you will hear conversations verbatim. At the same time, the noise of the sea or music from the street is almost completely blocked by windows
- not very thorough cleaning, our room was poorly cleaned (cobwebs, a pair of clipped nails, someone else's hair, plaque on the plumbing) and there is no trash in the room, a small bucket in the bathroom for 4 days is not serious. Cleaning every 4 days
- towels are also changed every 4 days, there are only two of them per person: bath and small. Not for the legs
- as there is no hair dryer, kettle, bottle of drinking water or a common cooler
- from the hygiene kit in the toilet, only liquid soap (very poor, does not soap) and toilet paper
- strong smell in the toilet (there is no freshener)
- breakfast is only an hour from 8:30 - 9:30 and it is not very demanding: cheesecakes, pancakes, porridge - change, eggs, not very tasty cheese and sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, butter, milk, cereals - constantly. Tea is the simplest, instant coffee. But the main problem is that people quickly sort everything out, literally monitoring the opening of the restaurant from the window, it may not even be enough, you will need to wait
- the workers are there seven days a week, so you will not meet a typical administrator at the reception 24/7, nor will you order food in the room
At the same time, someone from the staff will always try to help you. Not the way you're used to, they won't run after you here, but if you need something, just ask politely yourself.
With all the disadvantages, this is still the best of the nearby hotels (even Paradise Beach is nearby)

The sea is gorgeous ❤ The Sea Hotel is on *4, it's fine. The food is good and the breakfasts are good. But the most important thing is the magnificent view of the beach and the sea. Sunsets bomb🔥👍
