We ordered a classic hot dog, brought it with vegetables and caviar, the cucumbers were thinly sliced and one of the hot dogs had only cucumber peels. I am a nursing mother and I had to put on a cotton T-shirt because in a swimsuit it would be difficult for me to do. Before going down to the pool, I asked the security for permission, but the people watching around the pool repeatedly stopped me and asked me to leave the pool. It would be better to follow their own rules, so that girls and women would pack things in a bun before going down to the pool, it is impossible to swim, hair comes across every now and then, because there are small children and they can sip water. The water park itself is interesting, the pools are not deep, convenient for those who do not know how to swim. You can't take anything with you, there's a man standing at the entrance and they'll check what's in the bags, they barely missed a meal for a seven-month-old baby.

They have some RULES that no one can break under any circumstances. It is said - food is not allowed!, so it is impossible for everyone, even if your child is 7 months old, they just beat out with a fight to carry the purees for the child, then the question arose with boiled water! They called the manager, who, in theory, should somehow smooth out the conflict, but this *unskilled worker* just raised a war out of the conflict! He told us to leave and the money will be returned to us within 20 minutes!🙈 Is this even aaaaak? The name of this "employee" is Ulukbek, if suddenly one of the directors reads this review, you know, if you put such managers, then you don't need enemies! As an employee in the service sector, I myself found and offered a way out of the situation, to pour water from a bottle into their container, but why should I do it???? I'm a guest! I think it's the best pool in the city. There are 2 large pools - one square (sports), the second round (youth), and a DJ with a remote control is located there. 1 children's pool. 1 jacuzzi. The place, to put it mildly, is not small. Always clean water and a minimum of chlorine. Food prices are almost like in decent restaurants. I think it's a little expensive. Lots of sun beds, umbrellas, tables, gazebos, etc. And another disadvantage is that you can not dive into pools, they explain this by the fact that their depth is 1 meter 40 centimeters. In general, you will not regret visiting this water complex.
