The prices were very disappointing.
It's unreasonably expensive, and even popcorn can't always be found on the shelves on weekends. Leaving 50-100p for a couple of positions is somehow not what was expected..

I came to the cinema for the first time and I won't go anymore! Firstly, the entrance is through a cafe, and it is not immediately clear where the cinema is. I didn't even look to get into the session. Secondly, the ticket vending machines did not work. I was sent to the cashier at the cafe. And to the cash register where there are the most people. What the other cashiers do is pick their noses. After standing in a huge queue of youngsters, they asked me how I would pay. When I replied that it was on the card, they told me that their terminal was not working. When I offered to pay in cash, they told me that they would not be able to give me a ticket, because nothing works for them. And then why did you have to ask about the payment method if you couldn't even give a ticket anyway

I can only tell you the pros and cons because it wasn't very good there!
Positive:
1). Check the tickets normally
2). It's fun to watch movies, the quality of the movie is great!(I advise you to watch movies either in 3D or in IMAX)
3). There is no garbage and dirt
4). Clean toilets
Minuses:
1) We took blue popcorn, of course we knew that there would be a blue tongue, but why does this paint not wash off!?(This paint was on the tongue for 2 days)
2). Why do we need to watch trailers of all sorts of cartoons!Did we come to watch trailers instead of a cartoon!?
3). Why turn on the lights when the movie is on!(The light turned on 15 minutes before the end of the movie)
I give you 3 stars!

Unrealistically cool! I advise everyone - HALL #1. The screen is TOP CLASS! The immersion was so deep, it seemed that the movie characters were about to "jump out" at you. Comfortable chairs, the armrests of which can be removed. Beautiful lighting.
Perhaps one of the best cinemas in Minsk.

I was there only 1 time (I watched Dune 2 from the sofas in the first row). Rush. But all these interior areas outside the cinema (bar and other places to relax, sit and lie down, steps, cylindrical recesses in the walls, kayfyatskaya lighting) are just pure delight! Highly recommended!

I was in the largest hall and in the VIP room. In general, I like everything, I just expected that the room would have a better sound and a sofa with a footrest. In fact, there is an ordinary comfortable sofa, the sound can be adjusted. But noise insulation: at the moment of viewing, another room was heard. I recommend a better common room, there are more comfortable chairs with adjustments and the sound will be better. In general, a modern cinema, a class. I took the photo in the VIP room.

Where is 5 from???? A disgusting place where they try to deceive you at every stage. The cafe "simplified" the composition of lemonade as much as possible, did not report the ingredients, asked why, they told us that they did not have these ingredients specifically, but if we wanted, they could run to the bar and bring it, and the serving in this form was explained by the fact that we were in a hurry (we were not in a hurry, it is not clear at all, why did they decide that) But your employees did not hesitate to take a fee for the full staff, for some reason… Then we decided to take popcorn, a fatal mistake, it is impossible to eat, stale, already like plastic, does not chew. they threw everything out after watching it. Now the halls themselves. In all VIPs, the screen quality is disgusting. It is impossible to watch, the quality of the LED billboard is advertising on the street. And where does 5 come from???? I've been reading negative reviews for 10 minutes now, you haven't changed anything since 2023, although there were enough complaints! Is this not a royal affair? Have you tried your own popcorn? Hire secret buyers, the content will be shocking. And why do your employees let children into the hall to watch 18+ movies??

A wonderful cinema. Comfortable halls. I was in 4 (there are sofas for two and swivel chairs at the tables) and in 5 hall with sofas. Comfortable armchairs and sofas. The sound is great. The cinema lobby is functional and there is a place to eat and wait for the session. The price of a sofa for two is 30 rubles, a sofa for four is 58 rubles. The toilet is clean and there are plenty of seats.

We bought tickets to the BNB hall, row 4, we thought there would be a normal sofa, there turned out to be some kind of huge pillow on the floor. You sit almost on the floor and on top of the head, the legs of the visitors are next to the top. It was good that the standard chairs were available and we were able to move. These seats are similar to children's, it would be nice to indicate this when buying a ticket. Of course, I will take this into account and will not go to this gym anymore. In total, 2 terrible halls - visa and BNB. In one you sit on the floor, in the other you have to put your back on the chair so that it leans back at least a little.

Terrible quality of service in force majeure situations. I bought tickets a day and a half before the premiere of the film through the official moon website. An hour before the visit, I decided to clarify the time of the show and it turned out that there were no tickets. There's no movie I was going to see either. There were no notifications in the site account itself. Nothing came to the phone number. I had to call support, where they told me that they had sent it to my email!!!! letter. At the same time, there was nothing in the mail. There was no email in the spam either. The money was said to be returned only within 15 banking days. I contacted the bank to find out why the refund was delayed. They explained that it was because of the cinema itself. The technical support did not apologize for the inconvenience. They didn't give any bonuses, discounts or anything else. Customer focus is at 0. They also use the money until they return it. Draw your own conclusions.

A cool cinema, although it's not really a cinema, but as it is positioned, a cinema space. There are many halls (for Minsk), each hall has a different theme. Convenient location of both the space itself (3rd floor, near the food court) and the shopping center as a whole. Free parking. Good occupancy of the shopping center, there is where to walk and what to do if the children are at the session.
