We went to the premiere of the Stranger in the Vegas lounge. What insanely cozy and comfortable sofas there are, there are large spaces between the rows separating your place from other sofas with a sufficient distance. There is even a wireless charging for the phone. Popcorn is always hot and very tasty, no matter what time we would come to a movie session. Cheesy popcorn is just a delight, But I will note one minus that I highlighted when I went to wash my hands before eating. Very cold water for washing hands in the toilet and it has not been regulated in any way for many years. I think a lot of people don't like washing their hands with ice water, please do something about it)

I was there with my parents for Puzzle 2. It was really cool to see this cool cartoon in 3D format.
Of the cons: the toilets are good, comfortable, there are a lot of booths, but I'm sorry, doing your business is not comfortable at all! The toilets are splattered, the booths have wet floors and it doesn't seem to be water... toilet paper is also scattered, and there are wet, dry, and even dirty ones.
The second disadvantage is that there are no bottled drinks like Coca-Cola, fanta, sprite and the like. Of course, there is a device that can pour these drinks into glasses, but as for me, it is more convenient to drink from a bottle. If we talk about popcorn, it tastes cheesy, as if it were raw, but salty is very good.

Until recently, everything was fine. I bought tickets online and visited this place. Today I faced a problem accessing my personal account. For some reason, they began to demand a phone number besides my login (email). Knowing the amount of spam arriving from them by e-mail, of course, I did not have the desire to receive the same portion in all messengers on the phone. The technical support phone number listed on the website greets you with a stream of absolutely unnecessary and, most importantly, information that I did not request. I had to listen to unnecessary verbiage for about a minute. Finally, the horn sounded. But that was not the case. At first they told me that they would answer in a minute, then in two minutes and so on for up to 15 minutes. As a result, after hanging on the phone for 16 minutes and getting no answer, I stopped the call. The website states that the phone is open until 21.00, but it looks like one person is working until that time. However, about five minutes later, a certain boorish person called me back, accusing me of calling the commercial department, although I called the only phone number listed on their website and this is the support phone. Further, I was categorically told that until I provided them with my phone number, I would not be able to buy tickets to their institution. Well, you don't need an audience, there are enough cinemas in Minsk. They don't require a phone anywhere. I'm not coming back here anymore. The whole family will go to another cinema.

The buffet and the cinema bar are a separate universe of different goodies that further help you enjoy every minute in the moon. You can talk a lot and for a long time about this place, but the most important thing to say is that moon is the best movie theater I've been to. In moon, everything makes you immerse yourself in a special atmosphere. If you want to have a good time with friends (or alone), then moon is a very good solution to relax and enjoy the comfort of the surrounding atmosphere.

We were in the 1st hall yesterday. The hall is nice, but we absolutely did not like the place. We took the Sofa type - 9th row, 1st place. The couch is great, but it wasn't cool to find out that the fence that stands in front of it blocks half the screen. We had to sit perfectly straight and pressed close to the back in order to somehow see the bottom of the screen. If you have such a place, then, when buying, you could warn that it is suitable only for very tall people! 38 rubles for half a screen... we don't go to the cinema so often that we can figure it out for ourselves.
