One of my favorite places in the city. The square was created in a special place in Tselinograd, where the eternal flame was located in honor of fallen soldiers during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. When the capital was moved to our city, there was a park for President Nazarbayev, because the residence of the President of Kazakhstan was located in the building of the former regional committee of the city, and now the Museum of the first president is located there. The park is very green, there are many alleys, benches, and in summer many people come with children and sit on the grass to relax.
