A place with amazing energy, one of the symbols of the city. The locals called it "Donkey Ears", although these are two rifles, one up with a bayonet, the other down. In summer, warming up in the sun, the pedestal remains warm all night, as many of the residents who left the city have not yet lost the good Chkalov sun in their hearts. It is a pity, but this monument of greatness is of little interest to ordinary citizens who are mired in financial and everyday difficulties.
