Even as a child, when Minsk was awarded the honorary title of Hero City in 1974, and the Victory Monument from the square of the same name became a kind of business card of the city, I dreamed of visiting here. And in the days of May, the eightieth anniversary of the Victory, my dream came true. Everything here is exactly as I imagined: the stella, the eternal flame, the capsules with the earth of the hero cities of the USSR, and the atmosphere of unfading memory of the exploits of our fathers and grandfathers. I also really liked the underground passages under the square. Decoration, decorations. Everything breathes pride and living memory
It's a beautiful place.
There is a very landscaped area outside. Inside, there are paintings in the passage, names and commemorative inscriptions with respect to the dead.
Around the house with beautiful architecture.
I was very impressed with the monument, the words on the buildings behind it complement the picture favorably.
The space under the eternal flame is beautifully organized in the passage. Photographs and chronicles of the war.
The incredible cleanliness both above and in the passage deserves special respect.
