Very monumental.
Very manly.
Fully meets expectations.
No more, no less.
A convenient reference point to make an appointment and it is pleasant to visit in good weather.
Remarkably truthfully and touchingly reflects the tragedy of the earthquake in Tashkent and the efforts of the entire USSR to eliminate its consequences. A monument to the whole epoch.
The monument itself is very beautiful and impressive. Nearby there is a park, which is one of the few natural areas in the city, where it is cool in summer and there are many green shady trees
A wonderful reminder of what a natural disaster can do and that there are many kind people in this world who are ready to lend a helping hand in difficult times.
The Monument of Courage was built 10 years after the devastating Tashkent earthquake that occurred in 1966. Soviet sculptor Dmitry Ryabichev depicted the courage of the people in the composition of the family. In the foreground there is a man in a skullcap, behind him: a wife with a sleepy child in her arms. Rays radiate from large figures on the ground to a panel depicting figures of people, builders engaged in the restoration of the destroyed Tashkent. And so it was, many volunteers, builders, and specialists from all the republics of the Soviet Union came to Tashkent at that time.
A nice, quiet place, recently renovated, decorated with illumination. Behind there is a large, nice and quiet alley where you can have a family picnic.
After major repairs, the area of the Monument of Courage has become cool. A wonderful place to meet friends, walk with children and have fun with your loved one.
A very beautiful place, I spent my childhood here, it's good that they don't forget about this monument and only decorate it, it's nice that this place is almost always crowded
Monument in memory of the earthquake in Tashkent in 1966. The area around the monument has recently been reconstructed, but this did not spoil the impression much. The monument is worth a visit, it is a part of the history of Tashkent that has a special value
It's a story! I advise everyone to visit, plus the area around has been improved, it has become much more comfortable both in the afternoon and in the evening.
Well, the monument is old, which has survived more than one leader of the city and the country, a good monument reflecting the drama and tragedy of grief that befell Tashkent residents from the earthquake in 1966
The Courage monument was built in honor of when the earth tresenye took place in 1966 on April 26! How the whole CIS countries raised the City of Tashkent anew
