The hotel is great! I really liked it! The territory is large, well-groomed, green,

Two bathrobes and towels for the beach were in the room, changed every day, daily cleaning, everyone reported when something was over. It was my birthday, the room was beautifully decorated, balloons were inflated, and a cake with a candle was brought. Congratulations, The food was served in the restaurant - buffet, variety , everything was there. We went to Ala kart restaurants with my husband: Lebanese, Indian, Chinese, we liked the food, we ate everything, I recommend visiting Lebanese more. The hotel is very interesting. On the one hand, there is a really well-groomed, beautiful and green area. The gardeners are working fine. And that's it. No one else works here the same way. The hotel is old, at first we were put in a very old room in the toilet of which the gag reflex was triggered (room 4), then, according to the good old Egyptian tradition, we changed the room to the second line with a view of the sea (the surcharge is 112 dollars, for the first line 190, but for us the 2nd is better). The children's area is more or less decent, but there is a large swimming pool... we also witnessed how our middle-aged compatriots and a decent-looking couple first performed sexual intercourse and then a man sat in the pool. In the children's area. We don't swim in this pool anymore.
The food is worse than average. It's just much worse. I don't know what the kids eat here, because the cuisine is of very poor quality. Lots of weird inedible dishes. You can find it, of course, but everything is sealed, in butter, a lot of cheap flour products and, of course, French fries, pizza, hot dogs and a burger.

This time we got used to it for a long time and looked for something edible. The staff is really not rude, apologetic, not intrusive. The pier is spacious, there is enough space for everyone. In general, the plus is the territory and the sea. Lawns, birds, palm trees and the beach. The children's lazy river is certainly cleaner than the communal pool, but the water is cold. In general, look at what is important to you. But if you count eating fruits and greens, then unfortunately the greens are often spoiled, the cheapest fruits are unripe. The only clue is what they say in front of you on the barbecue or right in the hall. But to be honest, the worst thing here is unsanitary conditions and dirt everywhere, as far as food and drinks are concerned (even dirty and dirty coffee machines). There is a small swimming area, there is not much to see underwater, there are few beautiful fish, entering the water only from the Pier (you can try from the shore, but it is inconvenient and will most likely whistle), there are 2 narrow descents on the pier, where people are constantly crowding and entry is problematic. There are bathing masks and toilets, but everything is in very poor condition. The rooms have very old furniture, plumbing, a prehistoric hair dryer, something from the early 2000s. On the beach, they often come up and try to sell something like a massage (in general, be prepared that the answer "no" is not perceived), and in general, that they will try to breed you for money everywhere (bargain or firmly say no). The buffet is certainly good, but there is nothing to eat, the food is monotonous every day. The oil in which they fry chicken, fish, and potatoes does not change for an unknown amount (the color of the brown-black oil). Watermelon comes a couple of times a week for dinner. There is a melon in the morning, but most likely you will not have time to take it, because it is disassembled in a matter of seconds. Lots of flour, sweets all taste the same, sausages and sausages taste like cardboard. The on-site cafe will serve you a burger (not a very good cutlet), fries and pizza (which is delicious by the way), as well as ice cream (disgusting), popcorn, cotton candy, and a bunch of different cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). There is sand on the beach, but a thin layer and covered in small debris, it is unrealistic to walk almost barefoot. Instant coffee with powdered milk is available in coffee machines, and grain coffee is available in some machines with normal milk, but it will still taste sad. It's not a good story with tea either.

There are always free sun beds on the beach, in the sun and under umbrellas.

The towels are good. The bed linen is also good. We had a king size bed, huge.

The hotel has a diving center, if desired, you can take a professional dive and see the underwater world for money. Very quiet and peaceful hotel. You won't find loud music and noisy companies here.

Among the advantages are fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, excellent sound insulation in the room, although the room itself is certainly old, but equipped with everything necessary, a powerful air conditioner, bath accessories, a bathrobe, slippers, a tea set, and delight-a gorgeous huge balcony in flowers))). The pier is stationary, stable, not long, spacious enough, free masks and vests are always freely available, attentive rescuers are always on duty. A wonderful hotel! We were in April 2025, and the water was cool. Convenient entrance from the pantheon, there are always sun beds on the beach. In the morning, fresh juices are served for breakfast: mango, strawberry, guava. The food is very good, quality seafood 2 times a week. Along the shore stretches a picturesque colony of corals (almost the entire coast), which amazes with a variety of underwater inhabitants.
During this time, I saw two types of stingrays right off the coast, and a one-and-a-half-meter moray eel, and tiger lionfish, as well as dozens of various tropical coral fish, just right along the shore with a mask and snorkel!!! The water is surprisingly clear, so there is great visibility under the water.

We were in 2024, October. The hotel is tired. But, everything is clear. Beautiful garden, nice beach on several levels, so it feels like a lot of people. A very beautiful reef! A rich underwater world near the hotel. It is even better than the one where we were brought to Ros Mohamed. The pools are large, but we didn't use them. The food is good, but no more. A great hotel in Charm. A large green area, large rooms, good food for Egypt, normal drinks, but we tried only beer, wine, tequila and cocktails. There is a minus: there are a lot of mosquitoes and midges near the rooms, I recommend taking fumigators with you, preferably a couple. You can also take it at the reception, but you need to be sure that it works. The umbrellas on the beach are small, so they lay near the pool. Entrance to the sea from the pier, a beautiful reef along the hotel. A lot of different fish, we saw a moray eel, it seems, lives under a floating old pontoon. You can scuba dive right on site. During the day and in the evening there is good animation, they take you to discos in the city.

Ala-Kart restaurants serve almost the same thing as in the main restaurant. Food 24 hours a day! You won't stay hungry!

Wi-Fi is available everywhere, even on the beach, but not in the main restaurant :-) The food is delicious, there was something new every day, drinks, in general, also for every taste. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that access to the sea is only from a pontoon, the reef is very close and you will not be able to swim in shallow water. But the reef is rich, and you don't even need a mask to watch the fish, just look into the sea when you walk along the pontoon. Well, the animation is weak, but this is almost a quibble, not a flaw. And it's not far from the airport.
