I was here in early April 2025.. Questions have been answered by phone, and you can book a computer.
Prices are relatively low. There are 2 halls: general and VIP. I boarded the VIP. I paid 2000 tenge for the "2 hours + 1 free" promotion. The speed of the computers is fine, the peripherals work well, the crosses are not new, but they are normal.
Drinks and snacks are on sale at the checkout. There's a convenience store on the ground floor, so you won't starve to death. The toilet is achtung, of course, but this is mainly due to the contingent. There's also paper and an air freshener.
In general, I liked the place, I can recommend you to visit.
