Karina the manager organized everything beautifully, thank you very much. We were greeted well and quickly checked into the room in 5 minutes. Room cleaning is also good. In terms of nutrition, I'll be honest for 2 days as on vacation, well, their food does not come to me. I will not say that it is not tasty. But not that . Animation there are many places to sit and every tourist is accommodated somewhere. There is no such gathering of people in one place. And about laguna, it's a completely different story. Thanks to Monroe Tour for a very quick selection of tours! On January 22, 2022, we called, the next day we bought vouchers and on the 27th we already flew away. Out of several options, we chose the most suitable one and we really liked everything! Thanks to Alyona, we did everything online, we didn't have to go anywhere. We flew through Moscow with a friend, there is nothing complicated. It was a very cool vacation. Thanks again :)
It can't be worse! After the cancellation of the tour, the calls stopped being answered, there is no refund and they will not be told! Call intercity... After repeated calls, call Monroe Tour.. When asked to connect with the director, the answer is he is on vacation, we will connect with the deputy, OK, we talked, in the end there was no response or greetings.... As a result, you can decide through the court, but it will be a long time.... the first and last appeal to this travel agency! I've heard about similar situations with this agency, but I couldn't even think that I'd run into it.

We had a great vacation in Egypt, we really enjoyed the gala dinner at NG, We had a 5-star Nubia hotel. I liked the hotel. We took off from Belarus, and arrived from Moscow by bus.
I booked a tour to Egypt with them, the reservation was long before the vacation.Everything is well organized, we did not let you down with rest in any of the points. A convenient website, convenient search, I sent a request for a tour directly online - just a couple of minutes later the manager called back with confirmation. The price turned out to be a little more profitable than in another travel agency.
