At the entrance to the main street of the city, a hotel with a restaurant "Monroe" is located in a good location. There are no analogues in the city. It is clear that people tried when they were worth it:we did not save money on the facade and interior decoration, trees were planted and there is a summer playground. Outwardly, everything is very decent. That's why I chose this place for lunch, especially since I wanted to stay for 1 day. A friendly waitress met me at the summer playground.I ordered chicken broth, rice with vegetables, salad and coffee, for only 184 UAH. It was delicious, the service was good as in the best restaurants, I was even surprised that there is such a place in such a small city. Separately, I noticed that the table supports are made in the style of Monroe's establishment. They brought a book with an invoice, I put a 500 UAH bill. And he started drinking coffee. And then something happened that doesn't even fit in my head. I never would have thought that such a thing could happen. The change was not carried for 20 minutes, and I asked the waiter running past to bring my change. Then he came back and asked me for the check, which I still had, I gave it to him and waited again. In general, they bring me 16 hryvnia (a bunch of 50 kopecks each), and they say sorry, just a trifle, and I say, come on, a trifle for tea, but where else is 300 UAH change, because I had 1 500 UAH bill. I went to the bartender, he had a cash register, he also said that I left 200 UAH. The waitress girl didn't see what kind of bill I put in, so I wanted to see the receptionist. The receptionist said that everyone is equal for her and there are not even such bills in the cash register, and with my suggestions and accusations I insult her staff. I say, "Okay, there are a lot of cameras around, let's watch the video." The administrator refused to watch the video, which surprised me very much. She refused to call the head of the security service, while saying (quote): "Let's better call your wife!" In general, my surprise multiplied with every second. Then she offered to leave my contacts, and if suddenly there is an excess in the cash register, they will transfer it to my card. But I insisted on meeting with the head of the Security Service, because he definitely should be in such an institution. Then the bartender put 300 UAH in my pocket and told me to take the money and leave, but I said I still wanted to see the head of the Security Service. After another refusal, the receptionist said that I was behaving inappropriately and asked me to leave the institution. When I left the institution, I managed to write a complaint in the "complaint" book and call the police. Already on the street, a bearded man, all tactical in black, came up to me and told me to remove my moped from the sidewalk) he introduced himself as the security service and invited me to leave this institution too. I told him I was waiting for the police and suggested that we wait together. I didn't see him anymore, but I saw two representatives of non-departmental or private security (two men in black vests with the inscription "security") who came to the administrator's call, while I was talking to them, a police squad arrived. The policeman calmly listened to me, the administrator, and immediately offered the administrator to watch the recording from the video cameras, to which he received a categorical refusal. I note that no one asked for the recording itself, but simply offered the administrator to look at it herself (without me and the police) I was asked to leave the institution again and I wrote a statement on the bench and drove away from this city, there was no question of any room at the Monroe Hotel. I hope that the owner of this hotel will read my review. The moral: Despite the presentable and prosperous appearance, they can easily be thrown. Especially if you are temporarily passing through here, and you need to leave. Now I will always pay in the presence of a waiter, and preferably with minimal change. It was delicious, but the sediment remained) it would be better if I ate a dog on the Vogue, there would be more money in my pocket.
