About a year and a half ago, I bought a silver ring and earrings in the Monomakh store. A ring with a basic sapphire stone and a series of small cubic zirconia. And then one stone flew out. On March 2, 2024, I came to the Monomakh store, which is located in the Korona Castle shopping center, located on Pobediteley Avenue in Minsk, in order to give the ring for repair. It was said at the time of purchase. that Monomakh gives a lifetime warranty on products sold online. She provided a receipt. However, the seller refused to accept, although she asked about the receipt. She motivated her refusal by the fact that the Monomakh chain no longer provides such services, namely a lifetime warranty for those sold in its stores. And this is despite the fact that, firstly, what was promised earlier has been violated, and secondly, the products in the Monomakh chain of stores are not the cheapest.
