Good hookah, smoked for a long time, liked everything. We arrived the next day, April 18, eternal. We booked a table and arrived at 20:40 and 30 minutes! We were waiting for a waiter and a hookah bar! After 25 minutes, the tea drink was "infused"😵💫 the hookah was brought at 21:40 (for a minute, we came at 20:40!), who smoked for 20 minutes and died😂 as a result, 22:10 the hookah man takes the hookah, says that 10-15 minutes and will bring it. That is, I've been trying to smoke for TWO HOURS and I can't. Well, Camon, it can be steamy, but at least you should approach the guests and warn them that there is a delay. I don't understand such a service. The hookah man did well, he redid everything and quickly brought the hookah back - I have no questions for him. But the evening is ruined, and so is the mood. I'm generally stunned by this service.

The hookahs are good, but the service and some dishes are not very good. Tiramisu dessert with cherries was served for a very long time (as it turned out, it was not accepted into the order at all). It was expected that since cherry appears in the name, it will be something with berries. In the end, it's just a tiny cocktail cherry on a regular tiramisu. The bill was also carried for a very long time, something got mixed up in it and I had to wait again.

The cocktails are tasteless, terribly cloying. The hookah has deteriorated significantly. It was better a year ago. Service is a separate topic. But already at 1:30, the waitress asked us to pay off and politely hinted that we should leave the establishment, supposedly we were sitting here alone, however, a group of guys were sitting behind the bar and on the second floor, apparently familiar with the staff, and of course they clearly did not want to serve customers. We haven't seen anything like this yet, we just broke through the bottom) The service is terrible, the attitude towards customers and their work is terrible.
It's a terrible place, I'll never go back, and I won't recommend it to anyone, except in a negative way as a warning to "avoid it"

Nevertheless, after finishing the first hookah, we decided to give this institution another chance by ordering a second hookah, it was completely different, much tastier than what was brought to us for the first time, and was in a beautiful new bowl, which pleased us. And it's not even a problem with the hookah, wanting to come to the institution, you want to be served at the highest level, here the service only pulls 1 star, we won't come back here anymore!

I want to leave a bad review. We celebrated my brother's birthday with a company of 6 people, we were sitting on the 2nd floor, and 1 or 2 tables were occupied on the 2nd floor. We made an order, the dishes were brought to only one person. In my previous visit, food was brought quite promptly to everyone at the same time, despite the fact that it was Friday and the hall was packed. It was very funny for 5 people to sit and watch one person eat, despite the fact that everyone was hungry. At the very end, a cheese plate was brought, apparently, the cheese for it was brought from France and Italy itself, since the dish was taken out as soon as it was ready.
Also about the hookah: only one person could smoke a hookah, the one who basically smokes; everyone else was suffocating from its bitterness.
